Mikaela's POV

I was so excited for tonight! Later on was the night I finally got to tag with my new tag team partner, Eva Marie AKA my best friend. I've only been here for a few months and I was so excited and grateful because I actually got a lot of TV time which is great for a newbie like myself.

I was walking towards the locker room but, of course, me being my clumsy self walked straight into someone, who I found out by looking up was, the one and only 'Lunatic Fringe' himself, Dean Ambrose. I may of also forgot to mention I have the tiniest crush on him. I was suddenly snapped out of my thoughts by a deep, raspy voice, "Might want to watch where you're going next time, Babe." He chuckled before reaching out and helping me off of the floor. I blushed before mumbling a quick apology and grabbing my bag which had fell to the floor with me as I fell down. "No problem." He winked before walking away with a small, cheeky smirk on his face.

I realised that I needed to get to the locker room quickly and get ready for my match which was going to be soon because our match was one of the first few, after Dean's promo with Bad News Barrett actually. Sighing, I finally made my way to the locker room but as I was about to open the door a hand clamped down on my shoulder, making me scream, but the hand quickly went over my mouth and I was spun around to see an amused Eva Marie. "What the fuck was that for?! You almost gave me a heart attack!" I hissed as I finally removed her hand but the red headed devil just laughed. What was weird though was when she suddenly stopped and looked at me seriously. After staring at me a few seconds, she shook her head and walked into the locker room. I followed her with a confused look but I didn't bother asking because I knew I probably didn't want to know.

Once both Eva and I were ready, we decided to go to the catering and get something small to eat before our match. Sitting down soon after getting our food, we both started joking around until, once again, she became very serious again, "I, erm, saw you with Dean earlier." She stated and I was honestly confused as to why she was bringing this up. She obviously saw this look on my face and carried on speaking, "He's trouble you know that, right? You're my best friend and I really don't want to see you get hurt. You could honestly find someone better than him. I'm just looking out for you." I was shocked to say the least, I thought that Eva would support me with whatever decision I made but as I was about to say something back I noticed a certain, Summer Rae, looking quite involved in our conversation. Shit.

After the very awkward encounter, we both headed back to the locker room and I couldn't help but have a constant bad feeling about seeing Summer hearing what Eva said. The only thing that makes me worry is that, when she was looking she noticed and smirked before turning around to Fandango and every few seconds they would be glancing over, smug expressions on their faces.

Pushing all thoughts out of my head, I got changed into my ring gear which was a tight fitted black crop top/sports bra, type of thing and black ripped up shorts with a gold studded belt and my black combat boots. I typed my long, black hair, that was dip dyed bright red, into a high, slicked back ponytail. After my minimal amount of make up was done and dusted, Eva came and stood next to me in the mirror. "We look so hot." She said, while taking a selfie of us. I had to admit it though, we did look pretty hot. I mean, Eva was pretty anyway and I used to be a model so I knew I wasn't exactly ugly but we did look great.

We made our way out of the locker room and towards the gorilla and started stretching. After a few minutes Dean's promo was on and I couldn't help but stare and smile at the screen but the trance I was in was quickly broken by Eva nudging me and when I looked over she was shaking her head 'no.' Sighing, I tried to distract myself but still took discrete glances at the TV every once in a while.
