"Riley, Riley"

"Yes aunt Linda?"

"Don't you want your own car?" Not again

"No aunt Lydia I said before I don't want a car" i tried escaping but unfortunately couldn't

"Honey they died In a plane crash not a car crash"

"I know I just don't want a car" I got out of the house and sat in the passenger seat in Layla's car and layla drove off to school

After my deal with Xavier last night I made a promise to myself, I won't fall for him

I decided to tell Layla now since she's driving and won't go all crazy on me

"Layla, I need to tell you something"

"I feel like you'll ruin my good mood but shoot, tell what's the issue" she looked at me suspiciously

"I kinda made a deal" Ok we're getting somewhere

"Can you just spit out what you wanna say?" She rolled her eyes

"Imadeadealwithxavier" she pressed the brakes too fast they made a sound

Thank God we weren't in a crowded road

"WHAT?" Ouch I don't think I can hear anymore

"I-" she cut me off

"I heard what you said. A deal? With Xavier? As in Xavier king" she looked at me without any face expressions

"Don't freak out" I looked warily at her

"Me? I'm not freaking out at all! You just  made a deal with a dangerous man that could kill us all, it's cool, totally cool" she sarcastically said

"Why is he dangerous?" I asked actually interested

I mean he just carries a gun for 'safety reasons' and is rude to nearly the whole school and looks scary and ok never mind he gives all the dangerous vibes

"Rumors has it he killed his own parents" umm what

"Layla he told me 2 weeks ago his parents are lawyers"

"Maybe it's a lie" she started driving again

No, why would he lie?

I finished last period before lunch

It was literature and I didn't see Xavier not even in school

I saw April on my way to the lunch room

"April hey" she stopped and looked at me

"Just because you have whatever you have with Xavier doesn't mean we should talk" she was about to leave but stopped when I asked

"Why didn't you confess to Luke?"

"He even told you that? Well look pretty girl not every thing in this world is how we want it to happen, he asked you out yesterday he never noticed me why should I confess if I'm gonna get rejected?"

"Because If he rejects you with his own mouth you can move on"

"I would've moved on a long time ago if that was the case"  she was about to leave again

"Can you give me Xavier's phone number?"

"He still didn't give it to you?" She smirked before writing it on a piece of paper

She gave the paper to me then left

I went and sat at our normal table no one was there yet
