A secret meadow lined with trees,
Filled with angels yearning to be free,
Adorned with white clouds and purity,
And those defined only by sincerity.

This is my heaven and my forever.
My happiness and what could never be
What is forever, truly?
Well, soon we'll see.

Forever is a word that cannot be defined,
A kingdom in which all kindness is refined
A warm soothing beach with smooth calming sand,
Or is it a home completed with your violin and stand?

Forever is a word that tugs at your heartstrings,
It targets your mind during your 'innocent' flings.
It convinces and pacifies you during difficult times,
Filled with promises and pledges of a nature so sublime.

Forever is a colour,
A pure blinding white
A gateway to heaven,
Where worry's not in sight.

Forever is a bridge 
That paths through all time
It transcends all understanding 
And sends only signs.

Forever is always politely present
Completed with aromas extremely pleasant
A place where rainbow light roams free
Somewhere above where laws are decreed.

Forever is laced within our handiwork
Delicately detailed to a point of absurdity
Patterned and sewn to pure perfection
A part of an undefeated collection.

Forever will arrive to collect you 
As you lie pale in your death bed
What's beautiful is a package with what's cruel
And forever is no exception.

So wait patiently,
Wait silently and enjoy life's little moments
As forever is on its way
To collect you in the end.
