"Guess you didn't see zat one coming," Z1 said as she, Z23, Hipper, and Prinz Eugen stood on top of Eugen's ship, the rest of the Sakuran ships sailing around them.

"Indeed, I did not," Eugen agreed. "Who vould have expected such rash behavior from Kaga?"

"She's not acting alone," Hipper mused. "It's clear zee Sirens are involved."

"So, Akagi and Kaga vere working vith zee Sirens zis whole time," Z23 mused. "Just like Striker said."

"It's foolish zat zee entire Sakura Empire somehow missed zere vas a mole," Hipper said.

"How do you know it vas only the Sakura Empire?" Eugen asked, looking at the water thoughtfully. "Vee may have spies in Iron Blood as vell, und... vee should consider zere could be Siren influence in zee higher echelons of all zee camps."

"Is zere someone you suspect?" Z1 asked.

"Nein, never mind. Zere's no value in dwelling on zat." Eugen turned to the sea in front of them. "At least for zee time being."

"So, what happens when we find her?" Yamashiro asked.

"If she is truly in league with the Sirens, that is a grave betrayal of the Sakura Empire," Yamashiro's sister, Fusou, stated

"That can't happen; it's not right," Yukikaze begged, her two sisters beside her.
