Chapter 14: She Was Never A Bottom

Brooke POV

"She's mine so don't lay your filthy hands on her!"

I snarled and Vanessa trembled in fear, I huffed in annoyance and turned to Sophie who's face was like a tomato

I held her hand and dragged her out of the gym then guided her to my car

The whole ride home was silent and I became worried if Sophie hates me now, well you know I just kissed her without asking for permission

I had enough of the silence and stopped at the empty playground, it was now evening and there's no one in the playground

The playground where me and Sophie play often when I was a kid

"Why did you stop the car?"

Sophie asked not looking at me, I got out of the car and so did Sophie

"Sophie I-"

I was cut off when she walked towards the sesaw and me thinking that she's mad, I followed her and called her out

"Sophie I was wrong, I'm sorry"

I called out but Sophie was still walking and not meeting my gaze

"Sophie! Don't hate me!" I shouted and she stopped walking this time

Sophie walked towards me then held my jand and made me sit on the seesaw. I was confused, I don't know what she's up to

"Sophie, you're not mad right? Please don't hate me" I held her hand and mumbled as tears threatened my eyes

I didn't know that I cry easily nowadays

"I don't hate you" She spoke and I smiled widely knowing she doesn't hate me

"I'm just mad at something Brooke" She muttered and I gave her a confused look

"What do you mean?" I asked with a brow raised and Sophie's cheeks turned red

"Hehe you look cute right no-"

I was cut off by Sophie's lips against mine and due to the shock, I couldn't move and just sat still

Sophie pulled away and realization hit me

Sophie Mckenzie Grey kissed me! She took the initiative!

"I went to the gym, worked out everyday so that I would look cooler, I even bought the vitamins that Alexandra recommended she said it'll make me grow taller"

She paused and knelt in front of me then cupped my cheeks

"I was too scared to face you looking like a weak ass grown adult. I wanted to take the initiative"

Sophie tears fell on her cheeks and I just sat there trying to process everything she said

Wait, does taht mean. Sophie-

"I love you Brooke! I love you so much!"

I was now crying and I can't help but to smile at what she just confessed. Sophie is really adorable

"Sophie I love you to-"

"And I want to be top! I'm not a bottom Brooke! I was never one! You just caught me off guard!"

Oh God, she wasn't finished, I let out a laugh and Sophie turned into a tomato

"Are you finished now?" I asked and she nods her head shyly

"Great now let me kiss you, I love you too. You bendable ruler"

I mumbled and I leaned in to kiss her lips
