Chapter 18: Why Do You Love Me?

Sophie POV

I was really nervous, I've never take a girl out on a date before but I studied a lot about this so it'll be fine

I knocked on the Throndsen's door and it was opened by Alexandra

"Sophie, Brooke is almost ready. Why don't you take a sit first"

I smiled since Alexandra was really lind so I sat and waited patiently, my palms began sweating and I became anxious

What if she won't enjoy the date?

"Soph, you're here" I lifted my head to see Brooke wearing a tight jeans and a crop top that showed her tined stomach

Hnghh she's perfect

"Hey, you look gorgeous" Brooke smiled and pecked my cheeks resulting me to blush

"Hey guys, we'll head out now"

Brooke shouted and Henry bid us goodbye, Alexandra sends me a wink and I gave her a thumbs up

"Have fun! But not too much fun! Use protection!" Y/n shouted and Brooke's cheeks heats up

"Mom! Stop it!" Brooke hissed and I held her hand then I kissed it softly

When we fgot out her eyes landed on my mew car that Alexandra bought for me. She said it was an advanced wedding gift

It was a simple white Bentley Mulliner Bacalar. Alexandra didn't showed me the price when she we bought this together

It was rather scary

"Did you spend your money on this? You know I love you just the way you are"

Brooke words melted me, I squeezed her hand and chuckled

"I didn't buy this, your Mama did. She said it's a gift for me and I'm thankful for that. Now I got to drive you everywhere using my fancy car"

I winked and she lets out a giggle, I then opened the door and she got in saying a small thank you

Tonight is the night, I prove that I can woo a girl!

Brooke POV

"A picnic under the moonlight, I hope you like it. I had a hard time putting this lights on the tree"

Sophie scratches her nape embarrassed but I was happy by the efforts she made. She then took a picnic mat on the grass and took the box of pizza that she bought

"I bought your favorite pizza"

She grins and I sat beside her then I put my head on her shoulder

"I know it's not much but I hope you like it" Sophie mumbled and I smiled knowing she did her best

"I love it, it's simple and cozy" I replied and kissed her cheeks as thanks

"Brooke, why do you love me?"

She asked as her hands snaked on my waist to pull me closer, I sighed in relief and stared at the fireflies who's flying around

"Well I love you because your honest and a humble person, sometimes your funny and it's cute but I just want one thing from you"

I grinned and our faces were closer this time

"What is it?" Sophie mumbled

"Is to spend my whole life with you"

I smiled and Sophie chuckled then pulled me in for a soft and passionate kiss. Fireworks erupted inside me and I couldn't help but to smile through the kiss

We pulled away slowly and Sophie rubbed my cheeks softly

"Brooke Marais Throndsen, will you be my girlfriend?"

A tear left my eyes and I pecked her nose

"Yes I will"
