Chapter 25: Peaceful Life

When I knew Amelia had harassed her previous secretary, I was disgusted. The news was everywhere

And I am so disappointed at her

It's been months since that happened and now, our life was now as peaceful as before. The baby bump was now huge and I get serious mood swings and cravings

Me and Sophie decided to live together, and Mama bought us a house near the beach, it was beautiful and Sophie loved it

She even bought a dog and she would walk it every morning

I named our dog Picasso, because it sounds cute

And you know what's best? Sophie proposed to me and the ring she gave me was a candy that has a ring on it

I really wanted to hit her that day but she replaced it with a diamond ring, of course I was worried because she bought it with her saving

"Babe, good morning. Good morning Mason" Sophie kneeled and kissed my bump

Well, we're having a boy and I'm excited to see his pretty face

"Hmm Good morning, you're heading to work?" I asked as I gave her a peck on the lips a couple of times

"Mhmm, Alexandra and me are meeting the neighboring companies"

Sophie sighed tiredly as I put her tie on, I then pecked her cheeks and she pointed her lips puckering it

I giggled and just kissed it so she won't whine like a child, like she did last time

"Buy me chocolate milk when you get home, oh and I want Japanese for dinner"

I suggested and Sophie winked at me resulting me to laugh

"Of course, I'll never forget the chocolate milk. I'll see you later then love. I need to go to work"

I waved my hand goodbye and Sophie sent me flying kiss before walking out of the door

All of a sudden Picasso came running towards me and wiggled it's tail excessively

"What's wrong boy? You want treat-"

All of a sudden I was cut off by my phone ringing and I saw Mama's name so I picked it up

"Mama? What's wro-"

"I think my Y/n is making a move on my Mother! She won't stop calling my Mom, Mommy! It's irritating Brooke!"

Mama shoyted and I chuckled at how hilarious she sounds

"Oh I'm sure grandmother, started this" I laughed

"Well duh! She flirts with my wife thinking it's alright! Wha- Mom! Y/n is mine!"

Mom shouted from the other line and I could imagine how chaotic the office is

"Okay I'm gonna hang up, let Mom live her life to the fullest. Byee!"

I ended the call with a grin and went to the living room to watch some drama shows that I've been watching for weeks

It was now evening and I waited for Sophie to come home, Picasso was staring at the door and I smiled and took a picture of it

When the doorknob twisted, Picasso began to bark and I stood up and greeted Sophie with a hug

"Baby, I missed you. Would you like to have dinner first? A bath? Or me?"

I smirked and Sophie chuckled then pulled me in for a kiss

"I prefer the third one first" She whispered and I giggled once she began to kiss my neck

"But I'm not doing all the work!" I huffed and Sophie picked me uo with a smile

Damn my soon to be hubby sure have more strength and stamina now. Working out everyday just to prove she isn't a bottom and can act cool

"I love you perv" She grinned

"I love you too, you bendable ruler" I smiled widely and pulled her in for a kiss
