—Rose's POV—
I woke up in a gasp. I looked around and saw that I still was in the Capitol. I got up from my bed still shaking
I had a nightmare and like every night of my life it was about my father. I got out of my room and went to the living room where I saw a figure walking to the elevator
"Uh, Good night?" I said unsure about who this person was
The person turned around and I saw Finnick. It was good to see him but I was confused. What was he doing here?
He seems to understand what I'm thinking because he answers my question
"I wanted to wish you good luck but I deduced that you were sleeping" he said rubbing his neck
We just stayed there in silence until I turned around and sat on the couch right in front of the window
After what seemed forever he sat by my side. I looked at the sky and fell in love even more with the stars
"I had a nightmare" I said
I don't know why I felt like saying that to him but something in me make me trust Finnick. I felt his eyes on me
"Do you want to talk about it?"
I immediately shook my head while my eyes were full of tears. Hesitantly, he put his arm on my shoulder which resulted in me putting my head on his shoulder
We stayed like that for a long time until my eyes start to close. I felt him carrying me and then I felt the soft sheets of my bed under me
"Finnick......." I whispered
"Shhh, you need to rest. Have a good night"
I felt his lips on my forehead and I smiled
"Good luck. I will be cheering for you"
And with that I had the most peaceful sleep ever

Me and Josh were in the elevator
"Listen to me, when the time is over you will run away from the cornucopia. In there will be all the weapons you need but don't go there" he said
"Why?"
"Because in there will happen a bloodbath. They want you to go there so you get yourself killed. Also, water is very important so focus on that. Oh and don't get out of the pedestal before times is over or they will kill you"
The elevator doors opened and the fear start getting the best of me
"This can't be happening. This can't be real" I start having difficulties to breath but Josh quickly hugged me
"Listen her kiddo, you have to wake up and understand that this is real. They want you to play so give them a show"
