—Rose's POV—
My cell was opened and, just like before, the peacekeepers brought me with them. We entered a different room this time
They laid me on the bed that was in the middle of the room. I saw that around me there was a lot of machines
They went back to the door and stayed there. After some minutes, President Snow and Jake, entered the room
"It's lovely to see you again, Miss. Roberts" Snow said
"I can't say the same thing about you"
He start laughing while getting close to me
"You know I love roses. I find them fascinating and you, Rose..........you never disappoint me"
I instantly looked at the rose that he carries with him. I choose to stay in silence
"I hope that you are not angry at me because of our last session" he said
"Not at all, you know I really needed a shower........thank you for that" I said while smirking
I always could hide my emotions very well and that through the years it got better
"You are a brilliant actress, Miss. Roberts. You can mask your feelings so well. It must be hard to not show what we are really feeling all the time"
"It must be hard being a dickhead"
He start laughing again. He turned to Jake and nodded
"Let's see if you are that strong after this"
Jake came to me and start connecting machines to my body
"What is that?" I asked
"Nothing to worry about, doll" Jake said
After Jake was finished, Snow came back to my side
"I would love to stay here and watch the show but, unfortunately, I have other things to do. See you soon"
He got out of the room leaving me, Jake and the peacekeepers
"Can you tell me now what is going to happen?" I asked
"Have you ever heard of shock therapy?" He asked making my eyes wide "For your expression, I think you did"
"I can take everything! I'm a fighter! You can't break me" I whispered
"But we already did. In fact, I think you did that to yourself"
I can say that the next hour was the worst hour of my entire life

"Is she dead?" I heard a familiar voice asking
"I don't know. She didn't said anything yet"
I opened my eyes and saw that I was back in my cell. My whole body was in pain.
"Rose? Are you there?" Johanna asked
"Yes"
"We thought that you were dead" Peeta said sounding relieved
"Me too"
"Your screams, they........" I interrupted Johanna
"I don't want to talk about it"
We stayed in silence. I want to be with my family. I want to be in my house. I want to wake up and see that this was all a nightmare
"I want this to end" I said
"We just have to wait a little more. We will survive this, we just have to fight" Johanna said
"I don't believe in that" Peeta said
For some time we didn't said anything. We were tired of this
"They shaved my hair" Johanna said
"I'm sorry" I said
"Don't be...... no matter what they do, I still am beautiful"
She start laughing so much that she made all of us laugh. We just got tortured but we are laughing. We are not normal
We finally calmed down
"How do you guys still are normal?" Peeta asked
"Love is what keeps me going. I think about all the people that I love and it makes me strong" I said
"Will we ever get out of here?" He asked
"I don't know"
I think that no one can save us from this

Katniss saw Finnick sitting alone and decided to go sit by his side
"How are you?" She asked her new friend
"Not good" he said not looking at her
In front of them stood red and white roses. Rose's mother, Meredith, decided to plant them for her daughter
"Do you think we will see them again?" Katniss asked
"We have to because I can't live without her"
"What do you think they are doing to them?" Katniss asked the question that have been on her mind for a long time
"I don't want to think about it"
"Why?"
"Because I know that they are destroying them. They probably are playing with all of their weaknesses. They are making them suffer" Finnick said still looking at the roses
Katniss finally looked at him
"We have to get them back"
"I made her a promise and I will keep it. I'm going to do everything to make sure that she will be here with us"
They knew that they had to save the ones they love but the question is.........will they be fast enough or will they lose them in the process?
