Third Person POV:
Harry was next to Hermione and Ron as Dumbledore spoke. Looking around the Great Hall (the headmaster's speech was getting quite boring), he found his eyes landing on a random Beaxbaton girl. Her eyes seemed to be focused on something away from the Ravenclaw table. Following her eyes, he saw Hermione's older sister, Juniper, looking at the cup with a stern expression.
Oh, he thought. She must've been the one who winked at Juniper.
He smirked, turning his attention back to Dumbledore, who continued to ramble on about magic bonds and whatever.
Harry just wanted to get to the good part of picking the champions.
