The main discussion at hogwards was the fact that James Potter had moved on from Lily Evans
James and Tosi Chag had been seen in hogsmead and everywhere except meals and in their dorms together
James and Marlene where sat by the courtyard both chatting away over a box of every flavour beans and a pack of cigarettes
"So you and Tosi??"
"Well might as well I mean she's a great girl and not to mention the "activities" " James said letting out a exhale of smoke
"Yeah I heard about it wasn't sure if it's true?? Or just jealousy......
"What no!! I would never use someone like that.......I mean maybe at first but she's a nice girl I might actually fancy her I think" James said
"What about Lily?? You over her??"
"I've like her for five years I can't get over her overnight.......she's clearly moved on.....so why shouldn't I??"
The pair turned around when they heard giggling , Lily and Amos walked out the close looking rather flustered
"Oh-
James quickly looked away and brought his cigarette to his mouth

Evening had arrived and it being the weekend meant Marlene had eaten to her hearts content
"Oh damn I'am stuffed!!" Dorcas said and lay on her bed
"You telling me!! I can eat that pudding all my life"
"The pudding and Longbottom!" Marlene said with a smirk
Doracs bust out laughing while Alice flipped her off before pulling the covers over her red face
Marlene chuckled and grabbed a pair of shorts with Michael's old Quittich jersey and walked into the bathroom
Dorcas piled her hair on top her head and grabbed an oversized hoddie which she refused say who it belonged to
"Huh!"
The door slammed opened and Lily walked in fuming , completely ignoring her roommates while stumping around and tossing her robes and tie onto her bed
"Oh! No no please continue throwing a tantrum like a 5 year old child don't mind us" Marlene said as she walked out of the bathroom now in her pajamas
Lily rolled her eyes in response and turned to let out a frustrated sigh
"Do people have no shame!!!?? Twice!! I've caught him in a closet twice and his response was "give us a mintue Evans, we're almost done" " Lily said and grunted
"Who are talking about??"
"Potter!! You know I don't get it !! He says he likes me then shags some random in the closet-
"You know what!!! Enough Lily!! What's your problem anyway?? If you hate James so much why does it bother you who he's shagging in a closet??!!" Marlene snapped
"It doesn't!!"
"Oh really coz it seems to everyone that your basically acting like a spoiled child who wants attention!! You can stick your tongue down Amos' throat but when James fancies another girl it's a problem?? And her name is Tosi!! She's not some random chick"
Dorcas nodded in agreement she wanted to say the same thing but couldn't think of a way to politely say it
"Yeah I mean if you like James you should give him a chance not call out all his faults" Dorcas said
Lily scoffed and looked around the room
"Your blaming me??!! Just because I don't throw myself at the first guy I see??"
"What's that supposed to me??!" Marlene asked crossing her arms over her chest
"Oh you know.....Dorcas is running around with someone , Alice is basically drooling over Frank and your playing cat and mouse with Hogwards' biggest mattress!!"
Everyone stared at Lily in shock, everyone could see that she clearly didn't fancy Amos she had in fact told the girls she was breaking it off with him but then she saw James with Tosi
"Your a down right selfish bitch!! You always have to be the center of attention!! If you liked James so much maybe you should have told him instead of insulting him every chance you got!! Coz guess what Lily he moved on and Tosi happens to be a lovely girl who fancies him" Dorcas said trying to keep her voice down
"I-
"No don't even bother coz it is you to blame your using Amos as your pawn for a non existent game" Marlene said and scoffed
Lily looked at Alice who pulled the curtains around her bed shut
"Great" Dorcas mumbled crawling under her covers
"And so help me if you dare insult Sirius again"
Lily looked at Marlene in disbelief and scoffed
"Am I not saying the truth your falling for someone who doesn't even fancy you!! But I guess like arrogant "brother" like arrogant you!!"
Marlene was fuming at this point She wanted nothing more then to smack Lily in the face
"Yeah I guess that's true coz your just like your bitchy sister" Marlene said and walked to the door
"Well then if I'm such a bitch I don't want to be friends with any of you!! That's right not Alice, Dorcas or you!!" Lily said
"Fine by me....atleast this way be can be normal kids and not have a stuck up bitch bossing us around" Marlene said slamming the door behind her
Marlene stumped into the common room and was glad it was empty
Marlene tossed herself onto the sofa and nearly screeched when she landed on a black dog that yelped
"Saint Godric!! Damn you Sirius Black!!" She yelled smacking the dog who transformed back into the boy
Sirius laughed and stretched out on the sofa tossing his legs over Marlene's lap , he folded his arms under his head and studied the blonde who was picking at the end of his pajama pant
"What's wrong??" He asked softly while lightning a cigarette
Marlene shook her head in response but Sirius scoffed and handed her the cigarette
"I know you better Marls" he said
Marlene sighed grabbing the offered cigarette and told Sirius about the argument
"I mean I love Lily and all but she always finds a way to make everything about her" Marlene said and leaned back into the sofa
"He actually fancies Chang" Sirius said taking a puff from the cigarette
"I know!!" Marlene huffed and closed her eyes
"You actually told her off because she insulted me?"
"Ye-yeah" Marlene mumbled looking at the boy
Sirius in a split second bolted upright and grabbed the back of her neck and connected their lips
Sirius half expected her to pull away or smack him but Marlene leaned futher into his touch and tilted her head
James Potter stood at the end of the boys staircase hand over his chest and he wiped away his "tears" before heading back to his room
