Passing the last bag of evidence to Barry, Joe looked at him apologetically. "Hey, I know it's late, but can you please analyze the evidence now and see if there are any clues? Chief Singh has asked for the results tomorrow morning so there is pressure on CCPD."

Barry sighed helplessly. He took a glance at his wrist watch only to find that it was 11:30 pm already. "Fine. I will do it now and see what I can find." Barry placed his bag over his shoulder and began to walk.

"Hey Barr!" Joe called out. "Thanks." He smiled at the CSI.

Barry nodded in acknowledgment and sped off to his lab at CCPD. He quickly scattered the evidence across his desk and began to analyze them. Barry scratched his head occasionally as he placed sticky notes on each piece of evidence attempting to complete the puzzle. After a couple of hours, the CSI sat on his desk clutching his throbbing head, waiting for the device to analyze the fingerprints and the blood sample found on the site. Though he was at work, his mind kept wondering off and thinking about Frost. He hoped every passing second that she had become better. Unfortunately, he had to leave before she could regain consciousness making it difficult for him to concentrate. Suddenly, he glanced at his phone that was placed on the corner of the desk. He immediately panicked as he saw 15 missed calls for 'Cisco Ramon'.

'Oh no! Is everything okay? What happened? Could it be about Frost? Is something wrong with her? Is she- No!' His mind ran at the speed of horses, thinking of every worst possible scenario that his mind can create. Perks of being an over thinker!

His fingers frantically moved across the screen as he was about dial the number back when he saw a text from a certain engineer.

'Barry! Where the hell are you?! You won't believe what happened! Caitlin, she is alive, Barry. She is back!' He read the same message 10 times and each time, the speedster's eyes scanned of an error, any sort of error that would explain the message. Each time he read it, his heart skipped and he felt giddy.

"Cait, she is alive?" He gasped while smiling widely. "I can't can't believe this!" Barry gleamed in happiness.

Grabbing his coat from the back of the chair, the speedster flashed away leaving a trail of papers behind in his lab.

Barry stumbled as he stopped abruptly in the cortex. Everyone had retired to their houses and the lights were dim. He chucked his coat on a side and searched the main floor. His feet were in pain from the friction of running but that didn't matter to him. All he wanted to see was his co-worker, his personal physician, his best friend, Caitlin Snow!

Barry caught a glimpse of light coming from the speed lab. Zapping himself there, Barry noticed the doctor standing on the side looking at a metal cart with her back towards him.

"Cait," He called out gently.

Barry's heart stopped as she turned around slowly and a wide smile spread across her face seeing her favourite speedster. His stomach churned abnormally as he took small steps towards her.

"Barry," Caitlin mumbled, smiling at him.

It felt heavenly to hear his name coming from her lips after almost a year. Before Caitlin could process, Barry flashed himself in front of her and harshly pulled her into a bone crushing hug. The force caused her to stumble back into the cart. She immediately wrapped her arms around his back to stabilize herself.

"Barry," She giggled slightly as she held on.

"God! I missed you so much!" Barry blurted out in his cracked voice as he tightened the hold around her small body.
