the baby began to cry. lev's eyes jolted open as he heard the wails of his child. he groaned and got out of bed.
he went to the crib and picked up the baby, shushing it. "shh-shh-shh, what's wrong?"
it continued to cry. lev tried everything he could do without having to wake you up which apparently didn't work at all.
"y/n.." he shook you gently while carrying your baby. "what.." you hummed. you slowly opened your tired eyes. "the baby's crying, i don't know what to do."
you sighed and got out of bed. you stretched and grabbed the baby from his hands. you were obviously exhausted from staying up all night just taking care of your child. you couldn't even get enough sleep for the past few weeks.
"finally, they're asleep." you left the baby's room and fell on the couch.
"you sure you don't need my help, momma?" lev sat beside you and gave you one of the cookies he was cooking.
"i'm fine. i just want to sleep." you closed your eyes and already found yourself fast asleep.
lev felt really bad. there was no day that you took a day off.
so he pulled out his phone and began to call someone.
