"Yes, kook! Our country is battling against those sick people of the kingdom Hena! You know right they have been our biggest enemy? W-What if our king loses and the enemies come to hunt down our villages?" The nervous male finally sat beside the younger, eyes big with the scary thoughts. Jungkook shook his head before fleeing a deep breath
"We are just simple peasants hyung. Even if we fuss we can't really save everything" the boy looked away and leaned back on the tree. His focus was up in the clear sky, staring mindlessly at those random clouds. He has been hating the fact that how the royals and the wealthy people could just easily use those simple peasants like him. He just dearly loathed the disparities in this world among the rich and poor
"Anyways hyung, we shall start sowing the seeds. Did yo-" his words were cut off by a loud yell coming from the nearby filled. Both minseok and jungkook snapped their heads towards the voice, eyes widening at the scene in front of them.
There was a girl, precisely all bloody and wounded, was running towards them and jungkook knew who it was. It was minseok's fiance "T-Tim? What happened?" The males worriedly ran closer to Tim and successfully got a grip of the girl before she could fall on the ground. Minseok instantly strangled her bloody physique on his lap, eyes filled with tears and panic "w-what happened love?"
"T-They a-attacked our v-village. O-our king had lost the war" the girl choked on her words as her breathing got strongly uneven "t-they are burning away nearby the villages t-too. Attacking and t-taking away innocent p-" her sights got large as the girl's breath got stuck on her throat. Minseok cried mindlessly and begged her to not close her eyes but well, it didn't happen. Tim finally fell numb on her fiance's arms causing minseok to scream in pure remorse.
Jungkook on the other way was crying anxiously and running towards his village's direction, mind chanting one thing and that was about his Eomma's safety.
The scenery in front of his eyes was far horrible than he could ever imagine. Houses were simmering, crops were burning and those ear-piercing screams hit his mind like sharp stings. The bulky muscular men, wearing war apparel were cruelly taking away the villagers. Especially beautiful young ladies and young boys
Jungkook couldn't move as if his feet were getting dug deep within the dry soil. Nevertheless, the boy forcefully collected himself and managed to get inside his house. It was not that big just a small little hut made of large heavy stones and dry coconut leaves as the protective roof on top.
"EOMMA" as soon as the boy hurriedly stepped inward, another horrific and heartbreaking scene coiled in front of his teary eyes. Two soldiers were strangling jungkook's mother on the floor. She was naked, legs were spread for those nasty men's disgusting actions. The lady looked aside at her son, crying and screaming for him to look away, to run away at this instant
Everything felt fuzzy for jungkook as if his ears had stopped welcoming the nasty sounds around him. He could just watch his mother's crying and shrieking face as those soldiers fuck her senseless while smirking at jungkook. He could see her lips moving but unfortunately, he was so stunned that he was unable to concentrate and listen
