"Uhm..... who ordered for an echo?" Nurse Taeyeon asked holding the results up on her hand
"Oh it's Doc Jennie, I'll bring it to her" I replied and made my way to Doc Jennie's office
I knocked on her door and I heard her say come in so I went inside
"Doc it's the echo you ordered for Miss Bae, the results are out already"
"Good" I handed her the envelope and she opened it. She sighed heavily while looking at the images of Joo-hyun's heart. "Can you notify Doc Wendy that the results are out. I need to discuss something with her"
"On it"
"And it's good if you call Miss Bae's guardian too or any family member she has. Tell them it's kind of urgent"
"Okay Doc" I left her office and went to Doc Wendy's. I knocked on her door and went inside her office
"Doc Wendy, Doc Jennie asked me to notify you that Miss Bae's echo results are out and she need to discuss something with you"
"Okay, let's go"
"You can go first, Doc Jennie asked me to call Miss Bae's guardian or any family member"
"Okay"
"I'll get going now Doc Wendy" I turned my back and went to the nurse's station. I rummaged through the files to find the emergency contact list of Joo-hyun.
"Can I help you?" Rosé spoke
"I need Miss Bae's contact list ASAP" I replied without looking back at her.
"Aha here it is" she handed me the papers and I took the telephone beside me to dial the number
"Doesn't she have a sister?" Rosé asked
"Yep, her name is Suzy" I said while waiting for the other line to answer
The telephone beeped indicating that someone answered the call
"Hello, who's this?"
"Good afternoon this is Nurse Lisa from SM hospital. I'm calling for Miss Bae"
"Oh hi Lisa, it's me Suzy"
"Are you busy?"
"Not really, why did you call?"
"Doc Jennie one of our doctors here asked to call you, it's regarding Joo-hyun's case. Doc Jennie said it's urgent"
"I'll be there"
"Thanks, please wait at the nurse's station if you arrived so I can accompany you to the Doctors"
"Okay bye"
"Bye"
I hang up the telephone and went to Doc Jennie's office for an update
The door's open and I saw the two Doctors discussing seriously. I knocked on the door to get their attention and the both of them looked at me
"Nurse Lisa you're here take a seat" Doc Wendy said and gestured her hand on the seat in front of her
"I already called Miss Bae's sister and she's on her way"
"Good" Doc Jennie replied her hands clasped together on the table
"We have to tell Nurse Lisa about the situation since she's Miss Bae's Nurse" Doc Wendy said
Doc Jennie inhaled and exhaled sharply and explained everything

"Is it that bad?" I asked
"Yes, and we need to talk to her guardian first before we approach Miss Bae" Doc Wendy replied
I felt my phone vibrate from my pocket so I took it. "I got a message from Rosé saying that Suzy, Miss Bae's Sister is already here. I'll go fetch her"
"Thanks" Doc Jennie said. I stood up and walked out of the room to go to the nurse station. I saw a woman in a business attire turn around and greteed me with a smile when I was approaching
"Miss Bae, the doctors are waiting in their office. This way please" I said as I gesture my hand
"Just call me Suzy you're too formal"
"Okay" we walked through the hallway on our way to Doc Jennie's office
"Do you call my sister like that too? Miss Bae?"
"Of course"
"I mean, when it's just you and her"
"No, why?"
"What do you call her then?" she looked at me teasingly
"It's a secret"
"Come on, you're no fun" she begged "I'll show you her baby pictures" I stopped on my track and looked at her
"That's tempting"
"So?..........." she said while wiggling her eyebrows
"You better keep your promise" I exhaled sharply and leaned at her to whisper like I'm a shy teenage girl telling my friend who my crush is "Hyun" I whispered then walked fast as I can leaving her behind
"Hey HAHAHAHA wait up" she walked fast to catch up "That's a cute pet name " she giggled "Unnie said she used different name before when she's a kid. Irene" I stopped at my track again and looked at her
"I-Irene?"
"Yep" she said popping the 'p'. "My mom said she likes that name since that's what her childhood friend called her. We started calling her Joo-hyun when she was hospitalised since that's her real name"
"Really?" I asked realization starting to hit me
"To think of it Unnie said she never said goodbye to that friend. My parents got short on money because she was hospitalised that's why we had to move back to Daegu"
We arrived at Doc Jennie's office so I knocked and we both came in
"This is Suzy, Miss Bae's sister" Suzy forcely coughed when I said Miss Bae
"Please take a seat" I gestured "I'll go now Doctors, I'll be at the station if you need me" I walked out of the room and went to the station.
I sat comfortably at the chair while spacing out. I thought about what Suzy said to me. So, Joo-hyun is Irene? I asked myself. It's not entirely impossible right? They both have coronary heart disease, Joo-hyun's name is Irene when she's a kid, and then they moved and we lost contact and I can't find her since she's using different name! Gosh! The dots are all connected!
I massaged the side of my head because it hurts, too much information. But my Irene call me by my pet name before, guess there's only one way to find out.
