I woke up on the sofa, in Godot's arms. Looks like we fell asleep.

"Wake up, little dork!"
I playfully messed his white hair.

"Five more minutes!"
Godot joked and we laughed.

"You know, you look like a geek with that visor."
I noted.

"You are saying it like it's a bad thing, Y/N."
Godot smiled.
"By the way, I'd like to change the color scheme I usually wear.
I think that I have a few other colors here from the time I was still trying on stuff."

"I don't see why not. Let's go, then."
I said and he led me to his bedroom.
There, in a big cupboard, he had a bunch of red shirts, but there were a few in other colors.
White, green, black, grey, purple...
There were also different colored ties.

"Hmmm... what about... these two?"
Godot lifted a green shirt and a white tie.
"Oh Hell yea. I was about to propose it myself. Maybe you should try it on."

"'Kay."

"W-WAITWAITWAIT DON'T TAKE OFF YOUR SHIRT WHILE I'M STILL HERE!"
I blushed and looked away.

Godot laughed at my reaction.
"Ok, you can look now."

I turned to his direction, and there he was. Standing proud.
"Perfect.
Wait, let me adjust your tie...
Here. There you go, handsome."
I kissed him on his cheek after I put his tie inside his cream colored top.

"You know, Y/N, I'm starting to have a craving..."

"Coffee?"

"Exactly."

"So what now? Are you going to come back to work in Grossberg's office?"
We both set in the kitchen, drinking.

"...no.
I think I want to become a prosecutor."

"O-Oh... really?"
I was a little disappointed.

"I want to meet that Phoenix Trite in court and challenge him."

"Don't tell me you are still mad at him..."
I sighed.

"I want to see what skills Mia taught him."
Godot replied, though I know It was only a part of the truth.

"Although... I can't but feel a little guilty for Mia's death as well...
If I wouldn't have been tricked by... HER...
If I would have just listened to Mia...
If I would have just considered your warning..."
Godot sighed.
"I'm an idiot..."
He laughed with a sad smile, tears shining from under his mask.

"Dieg--- G-Godot, you know it's not your fault, you couldn't have known...
SHE did such terrible crimes, and scarred many people on her way... it was pretty legit from you to go and try to put her to justice..."

"What about you? Are YOU going back to Grossberg's office?"
Godot tried to move from the topic.

"I... I thought about resigning.
Besides, it won't be the same without you or Mia..."

"D-Don't tell me you are leaving your job because of me!"
He exclaimed, worried.

"No, it's not only you...
Too many bad things happened at my time working there.
I need something new."
I said, truthfully.
"But I'm not sure what..."

There was silence for a while.

"...You know, I could use your help.
I mean, if you want to..."
Godot had an idea.

"R-Really? What?"
I asked, interested.

"You know how there is a defence council? A helper or an extra for the defence attorney?
There is the same for prosecutors, although it's not very common.
The only thing I'm allowed to handle is evidence, so I'm not sure if I could get my coffee like that.
Of course, it's a very ridiculous thing to ask you to do, you have so much potential-"

"What do you mean? Of course I'd like to be your council!
It means standing by your side all the time and spending more time with you! Besides, I've always wanted to witness your skills first hand.
And, as a council, I might even help you if you get stuck!
Which I kinda doubt."
I winked at him.

Godot chuckled.
"You know, I haven't thought about it like that. So thank you."

I smiled at him. I was so happy. But he looked at the floor.

"...it must be... hard for you."

"H-Huh? What do you mean?"

"You fell in love with me, but... I changed. I changed so much."
He sighed.

"D-- Godot... it doesn't matter what name you have or how different you look. I fell in love with you because you were kind, caring, funny and charming. So for me, you didn't change at all. I still love you."
I reassured him.

"...
You know... I wouldn't mind you calling me Diego. As long as it's just the two of us alone."
Godot suddenly said.

"There's no need for that...
You probably said that because I'm struggling a little, right? Don't worry about that, I will cope and will remember to address you however you want."
I put on a determined smile.

"No, I really don't mind. For how weird it may sound, it's a little nostalgic, hehe.
Besides, how can I give you nicknames and you can't?
Really, I insist."
Godot held my hand.

"Alrighty, Diego!
We should check which kind of paper work we need to do to get you into prosecution. I'll also have to hand Grossberg my resigning papers."
I said while standing up.

"Ok, kitten. Let's go."
