Andrea Mikaelson seemed like you typical 17 year old but she was far from that. Orphaned at age 3, never adopted, no friends and no family. That was until Rebekah Mikaelson came into her life after she saw the young teen turn for the first time on the week before her 16th birthday. And on her 17th birthday, she was turned into one of Niklaus' hybirds.
But she did not want that kind of life, she wanted to go old, start a family, live a normal human life. Rebekah agreed with the newly turned hybrid and helped her get away form the family.
That was 2 years ago, and now she is running.
