Chapter Ten

Hoseok sits on the couch as he receives the verbal beating from his friends. Jin and Jimin giving it to him the worst.

They're all mad at him for not being honest but he can't get a word in.

He can't tell them only met her last night.

He can't tell them for months he was messaging a person who would disclose who they were and that after only a few months did he consider it being Sera.

He can't tell them anything because they won't let him.

"We're supposed to accept that you've laid this bullshit on us?!" Yells Namjoon

"This is the important information? THIS? Well, I see why Jin wanted to whoop your ass. You should've told us the moment you found her!" Yells Taehyung

"I should choke the fuck out of you." Seethes Jungkook

"She was really right in front of me." Whispers Yoongi to himself as he stares at the wall.

But everyone hears him.

"How can we continue this weekend when she just dropped back into our lives?" Yells Jimin

"This doesn't even make sense. And you deserve to be murdered!" Argues Jin

"HEY!"

All the men turn towards the small-framed child who is standing beside Hoseok as he sits on the couch.

"Let him speak! I have been hiding on the stairs for 20 minutes waiting to know what all this is about and all you guys keep doing is yelling!" She takes a breath,

"BIG BROTHER! I WANT TO GO HOME!" She finally shouts as she glares at Jimin.

The room stays silent as they all eye her heated frame.

"Oh my god, she's so adorable." Says Jin softly

"Alright, Da-Eun. I'll take you home.
Go get your stuff."

The 9.5 year old nods firmly before walking away.

"When I get back, you tell us about all of this. Okay?" Jimin says

Hoseok only nods his head as he stares at the ground.

Jimin walks away, grabbing his things before taking his little sister home.

Jungkook paces around the room.

Taehyung clenches his jaw as he looks at everything except his friends.

Yoongi sits on the arm of the couch in disbelief.

Namjoon glares at the ground.

And Jin tries not to launch at the man he's been so close to recently.

"I am sorry guys—"

"Shut up." Hisses Namjoon

"Let me explain—"

"Jimin said to say nothing until he gets back. So shut the fuck up.." Jin says before he storms off.

Leaving five left in the living room.

Sera entered her home quietly. She snuck up the stairs and undressed while she crept.

She slid through the small opening of her bedroom door and froze as she saw someone move in the bed.

She hurried into the ensuite bathroom. She showered and put on one of his favorite nightgowns.
