Chapter Twenty

Jungkook lunges at his brother which causes Sera to fall off of the couch.

Jungkook lands a punch, "You son of a bitch!" He yells and Jonghyun allows the hits to connect

"Kook stop!" Namjoon yells as he grabs Jungkook

"Get off of me! You don't understand!"

"Understand what Kook!?" Jimin yells as he tries to help restrain the man

"I'm sorry Jungkook! But... But it wouldn't have mattered! Sera would have had to leave regardless but you would've followed her had you all known she was to be wed. They couldn't have that!" Jonghyun yells

"Get off of me! I need to leave I can't be here." Jungkook gets out of their hold and storms out of the penthouse.

"Jungkook!" Sera calls as she scrambles from the floor.

"Sera don't! He needs to cool off—"

"You don't speak to me!" Sera yells teary-eyed, "You lied to me." She says as she runs after Jungkook

"Jungkook!" They hear her call as she exits

The remaining six stare as Jonghyun as he holds his cheek.

"What do you mean it wouldn't have mattered had we known?" Taehyung asks

"They were going to have Sera regardless. Her parents sold her to the Parks at a young age to pay off some debts. Once they found out she was pregnant they lost it. Who would want damaged goods?" Jonghyun said with a large breath,

"They allowed Sera to think they didn't know... but I knew.. Jungkook told me and I told my dad immediately because at the time I only cared about looking good in my fathers eyes. But, I saw how it tore Jungkook apart when they beat her, trying to make her miscarry. I regretted my decision instantly but what was done was done." He finishes

"Jungkook knew?" Yoongi says hurt

"Yes... she took him to appointments and everything... and he only told me because he was so happy to have a child coming into the world. He couldn't wait to tell you all that you were all going to have a small human to spoil as your own. Then when Sera was forced to lie and say the baby died...Jungkook was crushed..."

"I remember that.." Jin says softly, "he wouldn't talk to us... we'd ask and he'd just say it was nothing. That's probably why he didn't stay at our spot long the night Sera went "missing.""

"I don't think he ever got over it." Jonghyun says

"You're a terrible brother." Hoseok's says

"I know."

"Where's my mom?"

The group looked up to see a very irritated Hiro with Misa and Taeyong standing beside him.

Taehyung stood frozen along with Yoongi. Their children were standing in front of them... did they know?

"Jungkook-ah!" Sera screamed, "Stop!" She yelled as she chased him up another row of stairs before he pushed a door open and ran through.

Sera followed and felt the cold breeze as she exited onto the roof. Jungkook hadn't taking off his warm clothing but Sera did. She was wearing sweatpants and a shirt with no shoes or socks.

Her nose was already red and running from her sobbing.

Jungkook stopped running as he realized there was no where else he could go.

"Sera go away." He whined darkly as he turned to face her

"Jungkook please—" she cries

"God Sera of all things to lie about! This?" He said choked up
