After the whole scenerio of the battle and the abyss mage appearance and the mysterious girl, Diluc finally made it to the city. Leaving the carriage, he started to make his way towards the tavern that he owned to meet the person who had complained.

"Who was that," Diluc wondered, his mind wandered back to his fight.

The girl that he had fought with plagued his mind and he couldn't help but continue to think back about the battle. The two of you had fought so well and Diluc wondered why. Despite being polar opposites in terms of the vision that you each had, you worked so well with each other. It was a surprisingly good partnership.

Continuing his walk through the city, his thoughts wandered to replaying the fight as he mindlessly walked to the tavern.

Suddenly feeling a chill down his spine, he drew out his claymore and looked behind him, "Whose there!" Diluc's eyes turned somewhat animalistic as he could feel someone watching him.

Even though it wasn't anything new whenever he went to the city, Diluc couldn't help but feel uneasy. It always seemed like someone was watching him the moment he stepped through the gates. It was like someone was intentionally making it so that he of all people wouldn't notice it. However, even though he didn't like the chills that ran down his spine from his hidden stalker, he couldn't help but admit that the person was good.

Letting out a sigh, he lowered his guard and let his weapon disappear. Walking on, continued with his planned day trying to ignore the stare that he felt.

Little to his knowledge, everyone else around him felt nervous as they all saw his craziest fangirl stalking him. It was none other than Donna, the person most obsessed to Diluc Ragnvindr. A lady who had fallen deep into the hole of obsession for the owner of the Dawn Winery.q

As Diluc opened the door to the Angels Share tavern, Donna walked away hesitantly knowing that she couldn't follow him inside.

To his annoyance, Diluc had opened the door only to see an argument going on. It was between one of his trusted employees and a noble man of Mondstadt. These situations were one of the more troublesome situations to deal with.

Pulling his glove up, Diluc closed the door behind him and laid on the wall waiting and watching to see how the argument would go about.

"I demand to speak with Diluc Ragnvindr!" a very extravagantly dressed man shouted.

"Please relax sir," Charles gave a worried smile as a drop of sweat fell from his forehead. "Please be patient. Master Diluc said that he would come here to discuss the problem with you."

"I am a Count here," the man slammed his hand on the table. "Do not speak to me with such disrespect commoner."

"You may be a Count and have a higher status but that doesn't mean you can be rude to another," Diluc said towards the fuming man. "If you continue to act like this, I'd rather nullify our contract rather than deal with you."

True to his word, Diluc hated to deal with people who always thought that they were greater than others. He hated people with bloated egos and who were all bark and no bite. He would rather lose some money rather than have a million headaches dealing with people like the Count who had started to turn red in anger.

"Master Diluc!" The bartender Charles exclaimed as he saw his boss. "I apologize that you have to see this."

"You can't do anything about those types of people," Diluc pointed at the man whose hand was gripping the counter of the bar.

"Diluc Ragnvindr," the man said. "How dare you treat one of your clients like this."

"Sir Nathan," Diluc glared at the noble who backed away in freight. "Rethink the way you are approaching this and how you treat my employees. The contract is over."

"Dil-"

"Do not," Diluc gave an even deadlier glare. "Use my name so carelessly like that. I suggest you act with more respect. After all, I have a higher status than you."

"Forgive me Sir Diluc," the noble clenched his teeth and hurried out of the tavern.

As soon as the Count had left, Diluc sighed and sat down on one of the seats in front of the counter. The bartender quietly walked back to his post and started wiping glasses knowing not to bother his boss.

"One Death After Noon Charles," a familiar voice said to the distaste of Diluc.

"Why are you here Kaeya," Diluc muttered towards the blue haired man that had sat next to him.

Charles started making Kaeya's order as a tense silence started to fill the room. It was well known that Diluc didn't really like Kaeya even if he was his adopted brother. There was something bound to happen especially knowing Kaeya's teasing personality.

"Can't I have a drink?" Kaeya sang while playing with gold coin.

"Its not common to drink in the afternoon, especially something as strong as the wine Death After Noon," Diluc stared at his brother with a suspicious gaze. "What are you up to?"

"Nothing much," Diluc shrugged. "I just saw you around the city and decided to see what was up. I quite enjoyed the show between you and that Count."

"Enough with the act Kaeya," Diluc frowned getting annoyed with how Kaeya was trying to prolong the conversation. "I'll say this once more. Why are you here?"

Just before Kaeya was about to say something back, Charles placed Kaeya's order on the counter and caught the attention of both of the males. Kaeya quickly thanked him and returned back to the topic to the relief of the bartender who was shaking because of how intense things were between the brothers.

"Have you heard?" Kaeya smirked. "Apparently there's a new Fatui Harbinger. I've heard some rumors that she was assigned to stay here in Mondstadt for who knows what reason."
