The next morning was a better day, Nandini woke up and had called mukti.
"Hi bhabhi kaise ho Aap" Nandini greets her over the phone
"Nandu Bas thik hu abhi bhi thoda tension Chal raha hai Lekin it's okay sab thik ho jayenga" mukti tells her, Nandini closes her eyes feeling upset
"Viraj uncle thik hai?" Nandini asks
"Haan dad is fine abhi thoda gusse mein hai but you know na dad is very strict aur manik be galati toh ki hai" mukti says
"I know Bhabhi I hope sab thik ho jaye mein aao if you need anything?" Nandini asks
"Nahi nahi Nandu mein handle kar dungi Tum please tension mat lo" mukti assures
"Theek hai bhabhi Lekin I'll come see viraj uncle later"
"Haan sure of course ab toh yeh ghar tumara hi hai" as mukti says that Manik's thoughts hit her, she didn't know about this marriage after what manik had done yesterday
"Uhm bhabhi mein baad mein phone karti hoon" Nandini says
"Okay take care nandu bye"
"You too bhabhi" Nandini ends the call.
Nandini opens whatsapp and opens Manik's chat, she looked at him and tears came out of her eyes.
"Kyun kiya tumne aisa manik why didn't you trust me mein toh Tumse pyaa-" Nandini stops, she jumps out of her thoughts and puts her phone away wiping her tears.
She goes to leave for her office.
As soon as she was about to leave her phone rings. It was an unknown number.
"Hello" she picks up
"Hello di di please mujhe help karo maine Kuch nahi kiya" she hears rishabhs voice
"Rishabh Kya hua kaha se bol rahe ho" Nandini asks him worryingly
"Di mujhe fasa Diya hai please help karo aap yaha pe aa Jao" he says.
"Tu Kaha hai Rishabh bata mujhe" Nandini repeats again
"Police station mein" she hears an unknown voice
"Kon kon bole rahe ho aap" Nandini asks getting confused
"Mein yaha ka inspector bol raha hu aap yaha pe aa jaiye" he says and ends the call
"Hello hello" Nandini tries to speak but the line cuts.
Nandini quickly takes her car and goes to the police station. She speeds up getting worried about rishabh.
She reaches the police station and runs inside.
"Rishabh" she shouts
"Di" Rishabh shouts back, Nandini looks at him. He was behind the bars, she runs towards him.
"Kya hua Rishabh Tu yaha pe kaise" Nandini asks
"Di mujhe kissi ne drugs ke case mein phasaya tha college mein" he says as Nandini gets shocked
"Rishabh phasaya tha Matlab yeh kab ki baat hai" Nandini asks him
"Last week di mein sach bol rahi hu maine Kuch bhi nahi kiya those boys they tried to frame me aur maine yeh baat manik jiju ko bhi bataiye thi woh Meri help bhi kar rahe the" Rishabh says, Nandini gets shocked.
"Manik knew about this" Nandini thinks to herself and looks down.
"Di please mujhe yaha se nikalo mera last year hai agar Mera naam aa gaya toh everything will be ruined for me"
