Meera's POV
I didn't want to screw things up...but it was really unintended. He really made me his vamp.
I just wanted distraction...but he's right too. I shouldn't use him like that.
It's been like a week for me getting a hard time to even talk to him .
He literally ignores me at home and now he's allowed to resume his job in office, untill further notice of the next heir.
Whatever that shit is..I still couldn't get a chance to reveal him my supposedly father.
I just can't believe how that asshole can be my father.
But nowadays Nyla is getting a bit close to office....I mean she built her own cabin.
What in world is happening!
How the hell is she still wandering here after her supposedly divorce?
Whatever!
I came out of my la la land when I heard a knock on my cabin's door.
It was Arjun.
He clearly trying to look angry...but he looks cute.
"Meeting in board room in 10 minutes. Get ready."
He was about to go when I interuppted.
"Why do you do this?"
He raised his eyebrow and asked me.
"Do what?"
"Pretend to be angry. You can tell me how much you hate me."
His expression went down to nothing.
Why the hell was he torturing me for a week?
"I don't hate you Meera."
"But it feels like that from a week."
He lowered his eyes in thinking and shifted his weight fully on the door frame.
"It just really hurts when someone is hiding things from us."
Does he know anything about me and Aakash Verma?
"Sometimes we hide truth to protect our loved ones."
"But you shouldn't lie."
"I can never lie to you Arjun."
He pierced his eyes with me in a way of getting the truth.
"Meera you know..."
"I love you Arjun. I'll always do. It's okay if you're done with me..."
He was aghast what I said but he has to know.
"...but if you ever doubted my love, I promise you'll face my wrath..."
"Meera..."
"... don't expect any mercy from me then."
I walked out towards meeting room.
Arjun's POV
Yes I was angry with her, but I feel like she can't trust me to tell me the truth.
I gave her a week to come out but she didn't.
Why does she thinks I'll ever doubt her love?
I trust her more than anyone. Maybe I should confess her.
I sat beside her but she ignored me as if I was invisible.
"I love you Meera. No matter how much of a headache I can be...but you complete me. So there's no stopping for my love and dedication towards you."
