- Isabella's POV -

"Hold up, explain that again." Valerie gushed out.

I told Valerie what happened between Vincent and me a few nights ago and ever since she hasn't given me a break. I repeatedly told her the story over and over again that I was beginning to get sick of it already. Each time I explained, it was the same. I don't know if she thought more details would come out or if she still couldn't wrap her head around it.

The more I spoke and thought about it, the more I surprised myself. I had sex with my only other friend not once or twice but four times in one evening. I also touched myself in front of him, sucked his dick, and let him eat me like a starving beast.

After months from the breakup, I guess I can say, I was miserable. I mean I only had two months to drown myself in sadness and anger before pulling myself back together. If you think of it, two months isn't shit, and yes these past two months have been amazing but that night with Vincent was the first time I shown myself to another man since Lorenzo.

It was fun and a way to release some of my stress. Even though it was my first time being intimate in a while I didn't get attached to him and thank God no sorts of feelings besides wanting strictly a friendship developed. That would make things so complicated if feelings were forming.

"I'm done telling you the same shit Val." I sigh already beginning to grow irritated by my best friend.

"I'm sorry! It's just shocking. Who would've thought Vincent was such a freak!"

I understood her shock by the end of that night. I met Vincent over four months ago and all that time he's been a gentleman. Always kind and carried himself with such rich, charming, elegance that, that side of him was startling. I swear, it's always the innocent ones.

"I know but we both already moved on from that situation and are staying friends. So please let go of it already for the love of God."

She nodded, inhaling the smell of smoke coming from a starting car. We are currently in the parking garage just a level below the apartment complex because we're heading on an adventure.

Valerie has gotten a new motorcycle and since walking everywhere we go is becoming boring we decided to take a spin on it. The echo of car engines and the sound of the heel of our boots clicking against the smooth cement flood my ears as we came closer to her bike.

I'm not sure what type of model it is but it's a huge sleek black bike with shiny silver wheels that blind me. It's also really clean to the point where I can see my reflection. I've been on a motorcycle once in my life and that was when I was younger, I barely remember it besides burning the side of my leg.

Valerie awes, "She's beautiful, isn't she?"

"Stunning."

We let out a light laugh and Valerie walks around it pulling the all-black helmet she held over her head. She quickly hopped onto the bike while I followed her step and placed on my helmet. We were matching, we wore black jeans and a black crop tank top with our black combat boots.

We stuck with dark colors because you can never go wrong with a monochromatic outfit. Plus it fits with the crowd we'll be associated with later on at night.

An engined roared and I was quickly alerted. "Well stop standing there and hop on already," Valerie yelled over the loud purr of the bike.
