Cedric and the lake

The next morning:
I woke up and started the shower. Pansy, Jade and Odeya were back from the party they had.

Shit, what am I going to do with the mark? What if they see it?

Thank god I had my wand in the bathroom I could cover it with a spell.

I finished showering and grabbed my wand to cast the spell.

Jade started to knock on the door. "Y/n! Hurry up we don't have all day"

I quickly covered the mark and got dressed, I left the bathroom and went over to do my makeup

Mattheo's POV:
I woke up and quickly got ready. After I finished getting ready I started walking to Rosewood's dorm

I didn't want to keep an eye on her because I had my own things to do.

I reached her door and knocked on it.

Y/n's POV:
While I was putting on my mascara I heard a knock on the door, "I'll get it!" I yelled so the girls don't get it and wonder what Mattheo was doing here

I quickly finished doing my mascara and went over to the door and took a deep breath before opening it.

It was Mattheo, he looked...pretty decent, well better than any other guy in the school because he was wearing his uniform better than the others

"Hey, you ready to go?" He said in a cold tone, "y-yes, let me just grab my robe"

"Oooh, I never knew you two were a thing" exclaimed Pansy, "shut up Pans"

I grabbed my robe and left with Mattheo to the great hall, "can I ask you a question?" He asked

"Yea" "why did u stutter?" I could see a little smirk on his face, how was I supposed to answer that? I didn't even know

"It's a bad habit I developed when I was younger, but it was way worse before, it's starting to u-uhm stop" I lied, I stuttered because he looked good and I was nervous

"Ok, your going to have to sit with me and my friends, because I have to babysit you" did he just say 'babysit'?

"for your information, your not babysitting me, because I'm not a baby"

We reached the great hall and he just walked in, so I had to open the door for myself, I already hated him

Mattheo's POV:
We sat down with his friends, "Mattheo's got a girlfriend?" Malfoy said

"Shut up Malfoy" I said, he's a dickhead, "I'm Theodore Nott" Theo said and put his hand out for her to shake,

"I'm Y/n Rosewood" she shook his hand, this is not fun, they all looked at her

"I'm Lorenzo Berkshire, you can call me Enzo, that's Blaise Zabini and Draco Malfoy"

they all did the same as Theo, while me and Tom just sat there doing absolutely nothing

Y/n's POV:
We all talked for a while, and then the girls came into the great hall, and came and sat next to me

They knew who these guys were, because they liked them, Pansy and Blaise, were hooking up, Jade and Enzo were "friends"

And Odeya and Theo, they never talked but she likes him, a lot, we talked more and then the food appeared

We ate and went to class, I had most of my classes with Mattheo, Pansy, Draco and Enzo

We were sitting in potions, Mattheo on my left and Pansy was on my right, Snape always treated me better than the others for some reason

I think it's because my 'father' was close friends with him, I got sent a note

"Meet me at the lake 7:30pm tonight

From, Cedric xx"

Cedric an I always had this weird relationship, one day we would talk and the other we wouldn't

I looked over at him and he winked at me and turned back to Snape

Suddenly I felt a hand on my thigh, "your not going anywhere" Mattheo whispered in my ear,

"What if I do? What are you going to do about it?" I whispered back, "I'll kill him, and you right after, because I hate both of you"

Ouch, but I didn't give a single fuck, I'm meeting him there no matter what, I wasn't scared of Mattheo

6:30pm-
I started getting ready, when I finished lunch I just went back to my dorm because Mattheo was being a jerk and I didn't want to be around him, it was dinner soon so I got ready for dinner and to meet Cedric later

I put my shoes on and started to open the door, and Mattheo was standing there, he looked at me and came in, he sat on one of the beds "what are you doing here Theo?"

"First of all, don't ever fucking call me Theo again, and seocnd of all, why are you in your dorm while everyone else is in the common room having fun?" first of all I will call him Theo again and second of all why the fuck does he care?

"Why the fuck do you care Theo?" right after I finished saying that he got up and pinned me against the door, he got closer, his mouth next to my ear

"I'm not afraid to kill you, princess" as he whispered that I felt his hot breath on my neck "Don't. Call. Me. Princess, now if you'll excuse me Theo, I'm hungry and I want to eat something before I go meet up with Cedric"

I pushed him off of me and opened the door to leave but he grabbed my wrist, "your a bitch" and then he left, I walked out too and straight to the great hall, I saw him in the common room with a girl on his lap

But why would I care, its not like I was in love with him, he's a dickhead anyway, dinner started and the Weasley twins asked me to sit with them and so I did since my friends had grew closer to the boys and decided to sit with them

I didn't mind because the Weasley twins and I are really close, like the other time we made a plan to snatch Umbitch's wig off and set it on fire but George set it on fire before we could snatch it

we got detention for 2 weeks, and once we put body paint in Ron's shampoo and he came out all pink and chased us all around Hogwarts.

Then I felt a tap on my shoulder I turned around and saw Mattheo stand behind me "can I help you Riddle?" first he calls me a bitch then comes up to me for absolutely no reason "why are you sitting with these two and not with me?"

Did he think he owned me or something? I got up and pulled him to the side, "listen here Mattheo, you don't fucking own me, I can do what I want!"

he looked like he was going to explode but he just walked away, I got back to the twins and told them that I needed fresh air

I headed to the great lake to meet Cedric, it was still 7:15pm but i needed alone time because today has been not a very good day

I sat down near the lake to relax, is this my life now? Mattheo is always going to be there to ruin my day and control what I do in my life? I sat there thinking of what's going to happen

15 minutes later I heard footsteps and I turned around, it was Cedric, he had a black eye and a bloody lip, "what happened to you Ced?"

"You're boyfriend did this to me Y/n, Mattheo Riddle." What the actual fuck is wrong with that kid? "Ced he's not my boyfriend, and I'm sorry, I'll deal wit this I promise, now I have to go"
