"Maam, you have an unopened email earlier at 6 am."

They're one unreachable company for industrial business! How come naligaw sila sa gmail ng Innova? May nakita rin akong letter kanina sa table ngunit hindi ko muna ito pinagtuonan ng pansin. Siguro iyon ang formal letter ng Tri-Ad Company.

I've read the email and they're offering to be one of our major investors! This is getting crazy! Like Architech, it's doubtful to think that they want to be with Innova because we're still juniors in this kind of field. But I would like to take this opportunity para mag-level up.

Agad akong nagpatawag ng meeting with the department heads para sa balitang iyon. We sent an immediate formal letter to accept their offer. This is getting exciting!

Tri-Ad has been sailing all the way up in the charts for years. They're kind of like a firm of architects but their centerpieces are their steels and interior design products.

Innova and Architech offer services kaya we kinda need a company that sells a quality product for better outputs.

I am so thrilled that I decided to shop for a beige pantsuit for future meetings with them.

Just like Architech, Tri-Ad is also somewhat private when it comes to its employers. Their CEO wasn't publicly announced who he or she was. Sa Architech nga, malalaman ko nalang na si Ruby na ex ni Addi pala ang CEO tapos si Addi pa ang Chairman! Sino na naman kaya ang makikilala ko sa Tri-Ad?

While still window shopping at different boutiques, Maia forwarded an email from Tri-Ad saying that we should arrange a formal meeting for this one kaya I replied directly to Tri-Ad's email. I knew it! Good intuition, Soleil.

A phone rang next to me kaya napataas ako ng tingin sa makakasalubong kong tao. And an unexpected creature was in front of me.

"Uhh..." I tried to utter something to ease the awkwardness, well, at least for me.

Nakita kong parang nagulat rin ito nang makita ako dahil napaatras ito ng kaunti. Kagagaling lang nito sa loob habang papasok pa sana ako.

"Hi. How are you feeling?"

I can still remember the scent he wore last night and it's still the same as today.

"A bit fine. Thanks."

I wanted to stay more and chat more but every time nahaharap ako sa kanya, naaalala ko si Ruby. I don't want to give her any heartaches kaya ako na talaga ang umiiwas dahil ayokong mangyari ulit ang nangyari na noon.

I bid my goodbye and decided na hindi nalang tutuloy sa boutique na iyon kahit gusto ko pang magtingin-tingin pero nawalan na ako ng gana.

Isang walking energy-pilfer si Addi. Makita ko pa lang, nanghihina na ako. Naaamoy ko pa lang, napapaatras na ako. Not that he is mabaho but his scent is addicting! And I have to resist.

I ordered food nalang sa isang fast-food resto and tinawagan si Lariza para doon na kumain sa condo niya.

"Babe. What should I do?"

I started calling her babe since our fifth year in college dahil lumala ang kanchaw nila sa akin sa pagiging NBSB noon, after what happened to Addi and me.
