Aoi: "Naegi... is that..-"

Yasuhiro: "You're alive?"

Makoto: "Heh, I guess I still have some luck hanging."

Yasuhiro ran up and gave him a noogie.

Yasuhiro: "Naegs dude! You won't believe how much I've missed ya'!"

Makoto: "H-Hey careful! I'm not in the best condition right now."

Kazuo: "Indeed, you look really roughed up."

Komaru launched herself at Makoto and hugged him while tears streamed down her face.

Makoto: "Good to see you again, sis."

Komaru: "*sniff* Yeah..."

Komaru got off and Kyoko walked up to him.

Makoto: "Kirigir-"

Kyoko suddenly slapped him across the face, shocking everyone.

Kyoko: "Don't ever make me think you're dead again."

Makoto massaged his cheek a bit and chuckled.

Makoto: "Noted."

Koichi: "I'll be dammed."

Koichi now entered the room.

Makoto: "It's good seeing you again."

Koichi: "You too."

Kotoko: "Wait! Does this mean I have an uncle!?"

Makoto: "Uncle? Komaru are you-"

Komaru: "I adopted her after she accidentally called me mom."

Makoto: "Good to know."

He gave Kotoko a few head pats.

Nagisa: "So... exactly happened? Everyone thought you were dead!"

Makoto's smile faded and began looking down to the floor.

Makoto: "Got any place to sit?"

Kazuo: "Next room."

Everyone moved to the main room and took a seat. Makoto clasped is hands together.

Makoto: "I'm honestly not sure what happened myself... me and Mukuro were investigating one of Junko's safe houses until she heard a ticking sound. She immediately told me we needed to leave immediately... but it was too late..."

Makoto took a minute to continue.

Makoto: "Suddenly there was an explosion from inside, Mukuro was the one hit with the blast..."

Makoto shed a tear, this wasn't an easy subject for him.

Makoto; "I... was blown back as well and a piece of a table leg went right through me eye."

Kotoko: "Ulp-!"

Aoi: "That must've been painful..."

Makoto: "Not as painful as this curse... some good luck I have..."

Kyoko: "Curse?"

Makoto: "Every time I fall in love... they die. I lost Sayaka nearly a year and a half ago, and now Mukuro's gone too... it's like wherever I go... death follows..."
