7. Trustworthy friend

After the class, Anu again comes to Sidd and Amit.

And looking at Amit, Anu remembers how she made fun of him a while ago and starts laughing again.

Amit: Yar what's the problem of this girl? Why she is laughing at me without any reason?

Sidd: Arey it's not her problem yar. Your face is like this, that anyone will start laughing.

Amit: Hahaha! Not so funny.

Sidd: Arey I was saying the truth yar.

Anu: Ah... by the way, Siddharth!

Sidd: Yeah?

Anu: At first, I was taking you wrong... but I think, you're not so bad that I thought. Can we be friends?

Anu forwards her hand.

Sidd shakes hand with her, "Ah... Sure!"

And they both look into each other's eyes and get lost into them.

Meanwhile, Amit, breaking their eye contact, "Excuse me!"

Sidd leaves Anu's hand.

Amit (to Anu): I'm also here.

Anu: Yeah! I also have eyes. You're also my friend from today.

Amit: Oh hello! This is totally unfair! When it was about Siddharth, you asked him, "Can we be friends?", and at my time... "You're also my friend"? Did you ask me if I'm interested in having friendship with you or not?

Anu: So? What do you want to say? You don't want to have friendship with me? Cool! I've no problem! Go to hell.

Amit: Arey arey! When did I say so? Of course, I'll befriended with you. But you should have asked me too.

Sidd: Arey how many times you'll get insulted by us?

And thus, the day spends with so much fun.

The next day,

After the morning assembly, Anu reaches to her class. She looks at Sidd's bench and sees that his bag is not there; it means he hasn't come yet. She goes and sits on her seat, and looks towards the door again and again.

Meanwhile, Amit enters in the class. He also notices that Sidd's bag is not there. He looks here and there. Then he goes to Anu.

Amit: Hi Anushka!

Anu: Hey!

Amit: Haven't Sidd come yet?

Anu: Are you talking about Siddharth? No, he didn't come till now. I was also thinking the same... won't he come today?

Amit: Arey he doesn't take a leave without any reason. And if his aunty doesn't create any problem for him today, he will surely come.

Anu: Means?

Amit: Ah... nothing, you won't understand. It's his personal and family problem.

Anu: Then how will he enter in school? I mean... after morning assembly, the school's gate gets closed na.

Amit: Don't worry about that. We have a special way to enter in the school.

Anu: Okayyy! By the way, for how long you know him?

Amit: Whom? Sidd? Umm... 5 years, I think. Yeah, I came in this school in 6th. And since then, we are best friends.

Anu: Wow! That's why he is so close to you, isn't it?

Amit: Of course! No one in this school knows as much as I know about him. And you know what? In the whole school, no one calls him by his nick name Sidd, except me. Only me and his uncle call him by this name.

Anu: Oh really!

Amit: Yes! But to be honest... if you once become his trustworthy friend, he is gonna be with you till his last breath. And sometimes he says to me that he won't leave me even after dying. He will hover over my head like a ghost.

Anu: Hahaha! This shows his strong friendship.

Amit was about to say something more, but then suddenly he looks outside from the window. He sees someone put a bag on the wall of the school's backside.

Amit: One second! Ah... I'll be back.

Then he gets out from the class and goes near that wall. He takes that bag in his hands and looks around him once.

Amit: The route is clear. Come fast.

And then, Sidd climbs on the wall and jumps on the ground. Hahaha, yes, this is their special way. Whenever they get late, they enter in the school like this only.

Sidd: Thanks bro!

Amit: Why you are so late today?

Sidd: Arey I had to wash all the clothes before coming school, that's why...

Amit: Why your loving chachi has work with you only when you are getting late for school or at your study time?

Sidd: Leave it na yar.

They move a few steps ahead and see Anu in front of them. Sidd gets scared seeing her there, "A-A-Anushka, you?"

Anu (with an angry expression): So, this is your secret and special way to come inside the school when you get late?

Amit: Ah... Anushka, he doesn't always come late yar.

Sidd: Yeah! I just get late only 5 days in a week.

Anu: So he is our class's most sincere boy, huh?

Sidd: See Anushka, I'm sorry. I promise I won't be late from next time. Please don't tell this to principal mam.

And Anu starts laughing after looking at Sidd's innocent face, "Hahaha... You really got scared from me?"

Sidd: What the hell! You were kidding with me?

Then Amit also starts laughing, "Bro! I told you na this girl is not as simple as she looks. Yesterday, you were making fun of me with her... and today she made fun of you. Hahaha!"
