1) relax. Dont lay down and close your eyes yet, just meditate, do something peaceful, and overall just calm your mind

2) lay down in any comfy position and close your eyes !

3) imagine running on a cliff and jumping off and falling into a field of flowers or an ocean (or whatever you would like !)

4) as your falling whisper "i am shifting into (your dr name), please save me now"

5) imagine someone from your dr offering you a hand and pulling you out of were ever you fell

6) you may feel your chest jerk or a tingling sensation, etc. And open your eyes you should be there ! Some people go to sleep after this, but your supposed to open your eyes as its an awake method
