Why you may not be shifting

-doubting yourself and your ability to shift. You are worthy of shifting. You can shift.

-you could be nervous still, so when doing your methods and going to shift, a part of your mind may be backing out and preventing you from doing so. Like a panic mode where your conscience isnt letting you fully shift because your nervous and such

-you consciously believe in shifting, but your subconscious doesnt. Again, your subconscious is what allows you to shift

-to much information. You getting information from a bunch of different shifters may have an effect on shifting. Try to limit who you look to for shifting advice

-Your too focused on your cr. This is actually it a lot of the time. People dont even realize it, but you obsess oveer your cr and your not letting go. You need to learn to let go of your cr. Its problems, expectations, events, everything. You need to disconnect from this reality. When you shift you wont be in this reality, so stop worrying about shit that happens here.

-you could be overworking yourself. You can be burnt out from the excessive work

-you dont want to overwork yourself, but consistency is key. You need to be consistent when shifting. Be patient

-you could be focusing to much on others people sucess in shifting, or relying on the wrong things

Some stuff that could help:

-meditation. I know your ao tired of hearing about it, but meditation genuinely helps. Give it a try. Itll help you let go of resistance, obsession, etc. It gets your subconscious in a relaxed state, so you have a higher luck of letting go and disconnecting, and successfully shift

-stop relying on methods. Like i always say, dont be afraid to not use the method exactly or add to it. Methods exist to help have directions to guide you because some people find it difficult to do so themselves. Its up to YOU to shift. YOU have the power to shift, remember that.

-stop comparing your shifting journey to others. Stop worrying that "your taking to long" (your not !!) And stop worrying and obsessing over the fact that other people have shifted before you. I can not stress this enough, its different for everyone
