A/N This method is so sweet, and even if it doesnt work, it still makes u feel so happy

1) First, visulaize yourself waking up from your DR bed, and feel yourself putting your feet on the floor (is the floor cold or hot? Is it a rug, wood, tiles?)

2)Next, visualize your DR friend/relative walking through the door hugging you. (what does the hug feel like? How does it make you feel? What does that person smell like, or how do they feel? Imagine every detail, including the room your in and what your wearing.

3) Next, spend time with them. Dance, talk, do what ever you want. (!REMEBER TAKE YOUR TIME. TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS YOU NEED. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE ON YOUR TIME OR IT WONT WORK!)

4)When YOU feel ready, say good bye to your DR friend/relative and go back to your DR bed, and repeat affirmations to yourself (such as; "I have shifted, I am now in my DR, I will wake up in my DR", etc.)

5) Repeat your affirmations until you fall asleep, and when you wake up, you should be in your DR!
