Brooke's POV:

We were in mike basement again, Dustin and I on the table while mike and eleven were in the bathroom when suddenly we hear the supercom go off with lucas' voice sling for help and the rest was out of range so I told Dustin to go get the other two.they leave the bathroom and run to the radio and I. "Do you remember how he said he was looking for the gate?" Dustin asked in a hurry "Yeah." Mike and I nodded "What if he found it?" Dustin reasoned. Lucas keeps shouting on radio tho we can quite hear him "What's he saying?" Mike asks "I don't know, he's way out of range." Mike answered "...son of a bitch!" We finally got a clear message tho it made me very skeptical "Lucas, if you can hear us, slow down. We can't understand you." Mike told him
through the radio."Yes, I copy! They know about Eleven! Get out of there! They know about Eleven! The bad men are coming! All of them! Do you hear me? The bad men are coming!" He said but it came up all messed up and weird which led to Dustin asking ""Mad hen." Does that mean anything to you? Like a code name or something?""The bad men are coming!" Lucas scream much louder and clearer this time ""Bad men." Bad men!" Mike gasps "Stay here." Eleven told eleven and I as he and Dustin ran upstairs. After a few minutes they came back to the basement grabbed eleven while I followed as they led us to the outside Mike, Dustin, Eleven and I ran outside and grab our bikes.
We all start running and get on the bikes as we see Dr. Brenner and agents walking over to them looking straight to eleven then shifted to me and his eyes grew wide. "Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go!" Dustin shouted We all start pedaling as the agents getting back in the vans. We soon heard the engines starting and the tires screeching "Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God." Dustin says freaking out. Next thing we know is Lucas' voice is heard on the radio "Dustin! Dustin, do you copy?" "Yeah, Lucas, they're on us." Dustin replied "Where are you?" Lucas asks "Cornwallis." Dustin answered "Meet me at Elm and Cherry!" Lucas told him "Copy. Elm and Cherry!" Dustin told Mike and I. "Okay." We both said at the same time.
Suddenly the same vans from before appear behind us "Shit!" Dustin panicked "This way, come on!" Mike says nodding his head to a different path. We see three girls in front of us two of them playing Pattycake (I don't know if that was the game but it was the first thing I thought of) "Out of the way! Out of the way!" Dustin warned, we bike past girls in the playground and meet with Lucas as soon as we get on Elm and Cherry "Lucas!" I said happily "Where are they?" Lucas says ignoring me "I don't know." Mike replied
"I think we lost them." Dustin said after awhile but as if on cue the sound of tires screeching fill the air "Go, go, go, go, go!" I yelled "Go, go, go, go, go! Faster, faster!" Mike shouted "Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit!" Dustin panickly scream. One of the vans turn up in front of us and we got cornered but suddenly the van flips and then exploded into fire and we all kept quiet for the rest of the bike ride.

Once we arrive and stop our bikes near the bus Dustin said in disbelief and out of breath "Holy... holy shit! Did... did you see what she did to that van?" He said motioning to eleven "No, Dustin, we missed it." Mike sarcastically replied "I mean that was..." Dustin trailed off trying to find the right word "Awesome. It was awesome." Lucas finished Going over to Eleven who's sat on the floor and kneels beside her "Everything I said about you being a traitor and stuff... I was wrong. I'm sorry." Lucas apologies "Friends... friends don't lie. I'm sorry, too." Eleven says with a bit of a confused tone "Me, too." Mike offers his hand to Lucas which he looks a for a bit but then gets up and shakes his hand.

"This is Randolph Road, right here. The fence starts here, and goes all the way around. And this is the lab right here. The gate's gotta be in there somewhere. It's gotta be." Lucas said as he pointed at his dirt demonstration map "Well, who owns Hawkins Lab?" Dustin asked "The sign says "Department of Energy."" Lucas replied but Dustin still didn't quite understand "Department of Energy? What do you think that means?" "It means government. Military." Mike confidently answered "Then why does it say "Energy"?" I ask "Just trust me, all right? It's military. My dad's told me before." Mike rolled his eyes "Mike's right. There's soldiers out front." Lucas clarified "Do they make, like, lightbulbs or something?" Dustin asked "No, weapons... to fight the Russians, and commies and stuff." Mike responded "Weapons." Lucas said motioning to eleven "Oh, Jesus, this is bad." Dustin said as he figured out what they were talking about "Really bad. The place is like a fortress." Lucas mentioned "Well, what do we do?" I asked "I don't know, but we can't go home. We're fugitives now." Mike answered The we heard helicopter approaching from above us and started panicking "Guys? Do you hear that?" We hide their bikes under the bus quickly but as we started getting in the car I noticed Dustin struggling with his bike as it was stuck "Go, go, go, go!" Mike rushed "Come on, come on! It's stuck." Dustin panicked "Let's go, let's go, let's go!" I said as I helped him and grabbed his hand leading him in the bus. We rush into the bus and stay low "Hurry up! Hurry, come on!" Mike urged "Come on!" Lucas scream "Go, go, go, go, go, go!" The sound of the helicopter whirring in the background was heard as they hurried us up "Get down!" Lucas yelled grabbing me wrist harshly pulling me down "Mental." Dustin mumbled as we calmed down a bit
