Confused Feelings

Joey's POV

Today Zoella and I have a surprise for Shane and Lisa. It's going to be a good one... for us. I'm going to text Shane and see where they're going.

J- Hey Shane!

S- Hey Joey! What's up?

J- Oh nothing. What are you and Lisa going to do today?

S- We might go to the carnival since it's in town. Hey you guys want to come with us?

J - Uhh. Yea, we'd love to come. Sounds like a plan.

S- Awesome meet us there at 12 noon ok?

J- Ok.

I told Zoella what time to get there. Then later our master plan comes to life.

Shane's POV

So today Lisa and I decided to go to the carnival since it's in town. I just invited Joey and Zoella because it would be a nice 2nd date for them. Aren't I a nice friend? But anyways, we're going into the parking lot now. It's 11:40. Don't judge me. I just... like to get places quick.

"So you ready to have some fun?!" I asked Lisa, but my smile was fading.

"I guess." She said starring out the passenger window.

"What's wrong?  You liked the idea of coming here last night."

"Idk. I just don't feel right with Joey and Zoella coming with us."

"Is it because of me?"

"A little." I rolled my eyes playfully at her. "Come on Shane! You know what happened when we saw Zoella last time.  I just don't want that to happen again."

"Don't worry we'll be fine. Plus it seems that she's over me."

"Ok." She gave me a sigh of relief and smiled. I'm just not too sure about that last part I said to Lisa. I mean she is, but all the way? My thoughts were interupted by someone knocking on my car window. I looked up and it was Joey.

"Hey!!"

"Hey!!"

"How's it going?"

"Good. You?"

"Yea."

"Thanks for letting me and Zoella come with you."

"Oh no problem. Shall we?" I motioned towards the carnival.

"We shall."

Lisa's POV

I went over to greet Zoella.

"Hi Zoella!"

"Hey." We hugged. It just wasn't a very nice one. She went over to Shane and gave him the longest friend hug I've ever seen. I headed over to Joey.

"Hey Joey!"

"Hey Lisa!" At least Joey gave me an appropriate hug.

Lisa's POV

We were all sitting down and drinking Starbucks. Zoella told Shane she needs to talk to him in private. I had a weird feeling when she grabbed Shane's hand and took him off. I was left with Joey. We talked about random things for 10 minutes. I think he was flirting with me. No sign of Shane and Zoella. I had to see what was up.

"Excuse me Joey. I uh have to go to the restroom."

"Oh ok. Just the restroom and come back right?"

"Yeess?'

"Ok." Ok that made me even more worried. I went the way I remembered they went. I turned around the corner and my jaw dropped immediately.

Shane's POV

Zoella took me somewhere private to talk. I stood at least a foot away from her.

"Hey. Come closer." She had that seductive smirk on. I came up 5 1/2 inches closer.

She told me with her finger to come even closer. Ugh. I went forward 5 1/2 more. The last inch, she pulled me close wrapping her arms around my waist. I got very uncomfortable. And that's saying something! She talked like 10 minutes on why we should get back together. Then she leaned closer and pulled my head closer till our lips touched. A few seconds later, out of the corner of my eye, I could see a girl with blonde hair stop by the corner of Starbucks facing us. Her mouth instantly dropped. Then I knew it wasn't a fan. I pushed Zoella off of me to the brick wall. And ran to the girl.

"Lisa!!"
