My Kryptonite

-1 Week Later-

Kara and Lena were spread out on Kara's bedroom floor doing homework.Lena bit the end of her pen while Kara tried hard to pay all her attention to her homework but she was very distracted by the Raven haired girl who lay stretched out beside her.Kara breathed deeply before asking a question she hadn't yet properly asked "Will you be my girlfriend?"Kara blurted,a startled Lena looked up at the blonde who was now sitting upright against the bed "What?" Lena asked in confusion "Aren't we already...?" She continued confused by Kara's question.Had they not been girlfriends before now Lena thought.Kara mentally kicked herself before speaking "I never formally asked you"Kara said blushing a crimson red.Lena just stared at her favorite person then chuckled which only made Kara blush even harder,she covered her face "Oh Kara Danvers you are a wonder"Lena said sitting herself on Kara's lap and pulling her hands away from her face "Yes I will be your girlfriend"She said "Formally"she giggled wrapping her arms around Kara's neck,placing a kiss on her nose and forehead.The two sat like that,gazing into each others eyes for awhile before Kara broke the silence "Is it too soon to say I want to marry you"Kara asked,Lena giggled "You want to marry me?" She asked "Someday,Yeah"Kara replied "And we can have two kids and a dog maybe a cat and live in a beautiful house with a white picket fence" She said nuzzling Lena's nose with her own "Sounds like a dream"Lena said dreamily "It could be a reality,our reality"Kara said staring into Lena's beautiful emerald green eyes "You're a dreamer Kara Danvers,one of the many things I love about you"Lena said kissing the bridge of Kara's nose "It's silly s-sorry"Kara stammered laughing it off though she was serious about wanting to marry Lena.Lena knowing her girlfriend kissed her forehead "I want to marry you one day too"she said. Kara's stomach filled with butterflies "Even if I am a Luthor?"Lena asked looking into Kara's blue eyes "Hell yeah"Kara said proudly "I'll be Kara Luthor"Lena cringed "How about I take your last name instead,Lena Danvers"She said "I want your last name"Kara pouted "Why on earth would you want to be a Luthor"Lena asked,visibly confused "Because it's the last name of the best Luthor I know,the good Luthor the Luthor who is going to bring light and goodness to the world"Kara said.Lena looked deep into Kara's eyes "You're my Kryptonite"she said,Kara made a face "Is that a good or a bad thing"she giggled "A good thing definitely a good thing"Lena said "Kryptonite because you make me weak-In the best way"She continued "Well then good" Kara said kissing Lena deeply,when she pulled away she thought for a moment "Luthor-Danvers"She said,Lena smiled kissing Kara again "I like that" she said "I love you Lena Luthor-Danvers"Kara said kissing Lena "And I love you Kara Luthor-Danvers"they both smiled into the kiss and both of them were filled with butterflies as they thought of a future they could one day share together.
