It wasn't a surprise that madi and the guy knew each other. Over time, I got used to my friends knowing ninety percent of the people in LA. Even though we're in Miami. The guy looks like he's from Los Angeles.
"Josh, this is ellie Hudson. Ellie, he's Josh richards" Madi introduced us with a smile and the guy stretched his hand. I put my hand in his and we shook hands. "what's up? Nice to see you awake." Josh said which confused me for a second.
But then it hit me.
"oh. Thanks. And thanks for saving my life" I chuckled nervously as we shook hands. "I mean, at least one Hudson is grateful" Josh said with a shrug but it made me laugh.
I remember how Ryland told me that chase and Josh fought in the hospital which led to them kicking Josh out.
"yeah. I'm sorry about chase. He just.. Hates you" Josh laughed at that. I didn't know how to sugarcoat it.

"YO JOSH" someone yelled really loudly it made me flinch. Two guys came to Josh's side. They were also huge. Almost as huge as Noah. "hey, guys. This is ellie Hudson." Josh introduced me to the two guys and I smiled at them.
Maybe Norah and Sarah are right. The more people I meet the less nervous I get about it.
"and she's taken" I frowned in confusion at madi but didn't comment. The guys both laughed. "chill out madi, anyways. Hey I'm Bryce and this is Blake. But you obviously knew that"
So first guy is bulky and almost as big as his ego.
"umm I don't think I have ever seen you in my life" The look on bryce's face screamed at me 'WHAT'
"she's not on tiktok a lot, Bryce" Madi explained to Bryce. I wanted to correct her and say that I'm not ever on tiktok but still stayed silent.
"what do you mean, bro? It's not just tiktok. We're everywhere. YouTube. Billboards. Do you live under a rock or something?" For some reason, Bryce got so defensive. Like it offended him that I have never seen him before.

"I'm sorry" I said with a nervous shrug "you don't have to apologize just flip him off" Josh said making me laugh.
"alright guys it was really nice meeting you" Madi said and I felt her drag my hand away from the three boys.
My last sight was Blake, the quiet one, waving at me with a smile.
In the course of two minutes, I found myself back at the stadium and sitting next to chase. I texted madi to not tell him anything. Of he catches me talking to a guy that isn't Ryland, he'll just murder both me and the guy.
I wouldn't mind if he kills bryce to be honest.
