Chapter 24

Jaemin's POV:

I am now here at District 9's airport, waiting for Beomgyu, Ryujin and the other Elites

We're going to send Beomgyu back to his parents earlier than expected because they have an exam and election for the new student councils

Ryujin got mad at Beomgyu for not mentioning about it. But what makes her even more mad was the fact that Arin was the one who told her about it

Our game just ended earlier and I sneak out and went straight here alone because I don't want my dad to see me

I stood up when I saw Haechan's car and Taehyung's van. I'm quite shocked that Taehyung was here. I never thought that he will come with us

Speaking of Taehyung. He already apologized to the Elites especially to my sisters. My sisters already forgave him that's why we're all not awkward around each other anymore

I'm quite surprised that they're supporting my relationship with Ryujin but I'm grateful to them because they're making Ryujin and I more comfortable with our relationship

We don't have to hide it around them anymore

Beomgyu immediately came to me when he saw me carrying a bucket of fries

"You're really the best, Jaemin-ah" he grabbed the bucket of fries from my hand and started eating like a kid

I just smiled while watching him

He's so innocent

"Ryujin was not in the mood since earlier. Did you do something?" Haechan suddenly whisphered to me

"No, I'm not the reason why she's being like that. It's because of Beomgyu's cousin" I said and pointed at Arin who's currently taking pictures of District 9's airport

Ryujin was just standing not faraway from her and watching her with poker face and with her arms closed. My sisters, Chaeryeong and Yeji was just beside her and doing the same

I silently went behind her and leaned to whisper something to her

"I might feint if you stare at me like that" I laughed when she got flustered

"You scared me. By the way, congrats on winning the game today" she said and hesitated whether she should hug me or not. In the end she chose to just pat my head

I smiled and slowly wrapped my arms around her waist and rest my chin on her shoulder. She immediately panicked and looked around

"Don't worry, our workers here are not allowed to spread any information about District 9's residence. They will immediately get fired if they do that" Lia whispered to her

"I'm so tired, Ryujin-ah" I whisphered to her and closed my eyes

She held my hand from her waist and gently caress my hair

"Just take a rest later" she calmly said

"Enough love birds, we need to go now" Taehyung said and wear his sunglasses

Arin was already inside the plane

"Wait hyung, Younghoon-hyung said he's going to come with us" Haruto suddenly said

Younghoon's car suddenly showed up after Haruto said that. My brows furrowed when I saw Yoon Su beside him and waving at Ryujin with a wide smile

What the hell is he doing here?

"Ryujin-ah, I missed you" he was about to hug her but I immediately blocked his head. He gave me a death glare and head straight to Beomgyu

"My friend!"
