This method is called the chunky milk method, even though it has nothing to do with chunk milk😭😩
STEP 1:
Lay your pillow any way you want (vertical, etc.) and imagine it as a person from your dr while cuddling it (you dont NEED to do this part)STEP 2:
Visualize waking up on this persons chestSTEP 3:
Now visualize yourself getting out of the bed and go through your whole dr day. So imagine and make scenes of events your looking forward to or want to happen. (For example if your going to a streamer dr, imagine making a vlog with the bench trio or if your going to a percy Jackson dr imagine yourself training at camp half blood). Your visualization doesn't have to be super long, just make sure to imagine a small part of your day at the least. You can even make a sum up of your day from jumping from part to part. So you can go from eating breakfast to buying groceries or somethingSTEP 4:
Once your done with your visualization of your day, imagine heading back to bed (and if you did the cuddling part imagine your dr soul mate laying there also)STEP 5:
Close your eyes and try to feel a falling sensationSTEP 6:
Once the falling sensation stops you can fall asleep (dont stress if you dont fall asleep righ away) OR you can open your eyes when you feel youve shifted (like a touch or a change in the atmosphere)For step 5, dont be afraid to "feel" your furniture in different locations in your room. Its hard to explain but youll just know
