Chapter 1

Beginning.

"Congratulations.....! Veer you guys done it yaar....! Fabulous......! And Winning shot Oh...my...my! That is the reason why everyone loves Cricket......oh my God Veer yaar you made our day.....I am out of words right now......oh my gosh!!!" Anushka exclaimed. India has just won Asia Cup against Pakistan. She called her best friend Virat to congratulate him.

"Anu...Anu...take break....you're out of breath right now. Relax Anu!" Virat said trying to keep her calm.

"Are.....how can I relax We just won a terrific match. And it's against Pakistan dude how can I relax!!" She literally screamed.

"Yes it's a big deal!!!!" Virat said with ear to ear smile.

"By the way, What is the atmosphere in the team?" She asked

"Don't ask, they all gonna crazy. You can easily hear some screaming can't you?" Virat said.

"Yes I can. They deserve this celebration. And say congratulations to whole team" She said.

"They have worked so hard in past few days!!" He said, Proudly.

"So....now you too deserve this celebration Mr.Man of Series. Go enjoy with team." She said. Proudly.

"Yes...by talk to you tomorrow." Virat said.

"Bye...enjoy....!!!" She exclaimed.

Anushka.....Anushka Sharma. Ordinary Middle class girl. Simply living her life. You guys must be thinking. How does she knows Virat Kohli the super star batsman in Indian Team.
Virat and Anushka are Childhood Best friends. They know each other for 15 years now.

For world Virat is class batsmen, celebrity, handsome hunk, charming guy but for Anushka he is still her childhood best friend Veer. She can't see Virat as celebrity.

As Virat cut the call someone called him.

"Anu?" Rohit asked.
Yes he knows Anushka not only Rohit whole Indian Team knows her.

"Yes She called me for congratulate. She said congratulations to all of you" Virat said with big Smile.

"Chiku you know we all know her from first day you came in this team. She always be your support system. But we have never met her. I really want to meet my best friend's best friend." Rohit said.

"Yes Virat we have heard a lot of things about her from you. We really want to meet her." Ajinkya said.

"I will surely try to give you guys a chance to meet her." Virat assured them.

"You told us all the time but you never give a chance to meet her." Rohit argued.

"I will. Very soon!" Virat said.

"Ohk so what about the victory party at your home?" Mahi bhai gave suggestions.

"We are going Dehli??" He asked, surprised.

"Yeah We have to meet BCCI and some former players in Dehli." Mahi bhai informed.

"Ohk so Victory Party will be at my house. And you guys will get the chance to meet Anu." He said.

Then team started their mad celebration as they won terrific game just few minutes before.

Next Morning.

"Good Morning.....Veer!!" Anushka greeted him with his melodious voice.

"Oh...Anu Good Morning!" Virat said with sleepy voice.

"Are you still sleeping Veer?" She asked.

"Yeah don't ask yaar. Last Night was insane we all danced like four our. We celebrate the victory as much as we can." Virat said and got out from his bad and came to hotel room's balcony.

"Ohh I see. Take rest. I will call you leter." Anushka assured him.

"No..no..wait I want to talk to you yaar. In last few days we didn't get the chance to talk too much because of Asia Cup and practice sessions." Virat said. He really wanted to talk to her.

"Ohk..ohk Mr.Kohli say
When will you come dehli?" She asked.

"Today evening may be at night because as we have four hours flight and then meeting with BCCI" He said.

"Ohk..." Anushka was about to say something but Rohit call Virat.

"Hey Virat Mahi bhai is calling all of us in team room let's go." Rohit said, and came in the room.

"Anu..." Virat above to say something but Anushka cut him.

"You go Veer. Will talk to you leter and how many times I have to remind you that we don't need any type of formal words to end our conversation. It's about your work you can cut my call whenever it's needed" She said.
They understood each other very well they didn't need words to communicate. They just understand what one of them trying to say.

"I know I know." Virat said and kept mum for sometime and added "I MISS YOU" he said with heavy voice.

"So am I Veer. See you Today at your place" With this she hang out the call.

Rohit was silent spectator in all conversations. Don't know why but Rohit feels that Virat loves Anushka but he ignored his love in friend zone.

"Dude it's sounds like you love her." Rohit finally said to him.

"No Ro it's not like that she my best friend she is like family to me. And by the time we both get used to of each other's presence that's why I miss her." Virat said and they started  walking to team room.

"You will never admit that you love her will you?" He asked.

"Until I feel." Virat smirked.

They entered in team room.
MS started Team Meeting.
"So guys finally We won the Asia Cup. Really good team work each and everyone has given their 100%. This spirit we have to continue and I surely know we will. Now let's go to our country.
Real Celebration is waiting for us there.
Yes We have Victory Dinner at Man of Tournament's home. So let's go to room We have our flight in 2 hours. Then meeting with BCCI.
Ohk now go back to your respective rooms and meet here in one hour." MS informed everyone.

Everyone went back to their room.
After 4 hours of flight they came back their Country.
"Ohk boys let's go to hotel. Fresh and up then we have to leave for BCCI office. Ohk" Ravi sir informed everyone.

After meeting everyone went hotel to rest. Party is tomorrow so now they all are going to sleep as they don't have proper sleep at last night and this travel and meeting all this things made them tried.

Virat was living in dehli that's why he went to his house. Meeting was very long. It was nearly 11:30 at night. He was tried as hell. He didn't eat anything at meeting as he wanted to eat some homemade food but now he has fear could he get food at his home because it was very late. This all things were making him more irritated. With all this though he reached his home.

His all tiredness, irritation just removed as he saw his mother at the entrance of his house. He felt lot of emotions in his heart just then he saw another shadow behind his mother it was clearly Anu.
