2-Home Sweet Home

I stepped into the house took off my shoes and was greeted by my brother's soulmate Kristal.

"Y/N!" she smiles "you are finally here!!"I smiled Kristal is beautiful. I often tease my brother that she is too pretty for him.

I look up to see Roses's big smile. "Y/N you're finally here" she takes me in a big hug.

"Your dad has been talking about you coming for weeks now. He really missed you."

"I miss him too is he in the studio?" I ask

"Yes," she smiles "Can you tell him dinner is almost ready? Time to wrap things up."

Downstairs to a basement that my dad had converted into a studio. Rose always joked that any other man would have made it into a man cave but not my dad. I quietly step into studio.

I look up to see my Dad Smiling so big "Princess!!!"

"Daddy!!" He takes me into a much-needed hug. I didn't even realize how much I had missed him until this moment.

"Hey" I hear a familiar voice I turn around to see Andrew my brother's best friend standing with a big smile on his face.

"Drew I didn't know you were going to be here?"

"I've been recording my new song" he smiles proudly.

"That's great I cant wait to hear it. Oh, dad Rose said dinner was almost ready. Time to wrap it up, her words not mine"

"We were already finished" he smiles as he leaves the studio.

"So will you be staying for dinner?" I ask Andrew

"I have to head to work, maybe next time." Andrew smiles. "we need to hang out before you go back home."

"Defiantly" I said I've known Andrew for years he is not only my brother's best friend but always had a crush on me. When I turned 16 he confessed that he liked me and wanted to see if we were Soulmates. I had already decided that I didn't want a soulmate until I had finished my schooling and started my career if then. This hurt his feelings but I had to be honest with him. We made a pact if he didn't find his soulmate by 30 we would try and if not we would date and see if there was natural love between us.

**Clearing of the throat** "hate to interrupt but we need to get going Rose is waiting for you little princess " Josh smirks. He knows you hate it when he called princess only dad could call me that.

"Right ok well see you later" Andrew left the studio.

"Of course see you later" I smile

"Don't call me princess fucker! You know I hate when you call me that." I sneer at him

"Oh yeah, what are you going to do about it?"

Bam I hit his arm

"Ouch you little..."

I quickly open the door and quickly walk back into the house.

"Daddy!!" I run to the kitchen smirking at my brother as he rubbed his arm.

The kitchen smells so good she made all my favorite food.....

It's good to be home.

After a fun dinner full of laughter and love It was time to go to bed. I entered my old room nothing had been changed. It's as if time has stayed still for the last 3 years.

I lay in my bed and let the sleep take over

"Y/N! Y/N!! Wake up!

"Mmmmm too early" I roll over placing the pillow over my head.

"I need you to go open the shop for me" Rose nudges me. "Wake up"

"Haven't you heard of jet lag? the sun isn't even up" I groan

"You want her to wake up?" I hear Josh's playful voice.

What?? no wait....too late in a quick whoosh my brother pulls my blanket and I tumble to the ground.

"Fuck Joshua!!!"

I quickly jump up just to see Josh running out of the room and a shocked Rose standing there with her arms crossed in her floral nightgown.

"Y/N!!" she said disappointed

Rose did not like when we use bad words.

"Sorry" 

"I know you are tired but your dad isn't feeling well can you go open the shop for us?"

"ugh my head, Yes yes I will now can you go so I can go so I can get ready?" I look at my clock 4:45 am "ugh too early."

I get up grab some clothes, a pair of skinny jeans, and a white tee, and head to the shower. "just want I needed"

I look at myself in the mirror as I pull all my long straight hair into a bun, my skin looked paler living in Seoul was taking a toll on me. I need some sun.

"Mmmmm" a familiar smell fills the house. "Bacon!!"

I run downstairs to see Josh sitting at the table shoveling food in his big mouth.

"Morning Princess! why the long face?" he said laughing, way too chipper for 5 in the morning.

"Keep laughing your lucky I need to get going" as I grab a piece of bacon and toast. I'll get coffee at the shop.

"Now Now you two behave" Rose chipped in "thank you for doing this for us"

"Is dad going to be ok?" I worry about him he isn't as young as he once was but still has two businesses a recording studio and a coffee shop. I admire him and Rose they worked hard for everything they had.

"Yes don't worry it is his back again"

Right behind her is Josh making faces at me. Rose turned to take my dad's breakfast.

"I'm going to kill you" I mouth, not really but I will get my revenge. I grab the keys and put on my purple converse, throw on my gloves, and head out.
