Gin's POV:

After explaining most of the relevant points with composure... as much composure I assumed was necessary to get my point across, I mean, is it that hard to just accept you can't go around killing steel beasts around the world -- for people who don't understand past language, they are referring to cars. Anyways, after three hours of my life were spent explaining some common sense to these people I headed outside for my daily routine.

I cracked my knuckles and started running like crazy, I was vastly faster than the speed of light, which meant that 10 kilometers would be done in literally less than a second. Of course, 10 kilometers isn't what I was aiming for, instead, I opted for twenty thousand kilometers. Why? Obviously, because I get extra rewards... I remember the day I discovered this fun fact about the system, that was a dark Tuesday for me.

I heard some static on my right ear and placed my hand on it. I might have said that I've been fighting hades all by myself, but that would be a lie. From the static came a welcoming voice, "Hello, hello! Gin, come to my house, I think I found another lead to Hades' castle!" the voice on the other side of the coms said. I smiled and nodded.

"Comming." I said, looking to my right and then positioning my body, "That's too far," I thought out loud, repositioning myself to the left, "That's too much to the left," I corrected myself and then crouched down. I looked up at the blue sky in front of me and jumped forwards.

In the blink of an eye, I appeared on top of a balcony made of smooth, clean stone. The balcony was the outer part of a huge grey room stacked to the brim with bookcases that were filled with books of different sizes and colors. Sitting in front of me was a boy with shaggy snow-white hair and ice-blue eyes. He looked at me with a shit-eating grin, wearing his blue vest over his messy white dressing shirt. He wore black one-sided headphones with a microphone near his mouth. He sat on a large leather-armed chair.

"I'll never get used to your instant transportation," said Whitley as he got up from the chair and extended his arms. I smiled and hugged him, giving him two pats on his back.

"I told you a thousand times, it's not instant transportation," I said rolling my eyes as we separated from our hug, "It's light-speed travel," I told him.

"Well, what's the difference if you arrive faster than what my brain can process?" asked Whitley as he sat back down on his leather chair, "It looks instant to me," he said, turning on his chair and pressing some keys on his holographic computer.

"The difference dear Whitley," I said, putting my fingers against one another, "Is that one allows me to move extremely fast, and the other makes me appear instantly in my destination, in a race instant transportation is more powerful than light-speed travel," I explained, "Since you know, it's instant."
