New York Hospital
It's the next day and after a few more tests the doctor deemed Josie ok to go home, under harsh instructions to remain on bed rest with no stressful activities.
Josie is still laying in her hospital bed scrolling for her phone waiting for Sebastian to come back with her discharge paperwork when her phone rings.
"Hello." Josie said
"Aunt Jo, I need your help." Riley said into the phone
"What's wrong?" Josie asked
"High school sucks, and now all of my friends have turned against each other." Riley sighed into the phone
"High school is going to be hard Riley, I'm not going to lie to you it's a lot different then middle school. Sometimes you just have to let people find their own way, eventually everything will work itself out." Josie said
"I don't know what to do though Aunt Jo, I'm not use to being apart from everyone and we are all like mad at each other and avoiding each other." Riley said
"Just give them space Riley, everyone needs to make their own mistakes. If they are really your friends then they will find their way back to you." Josie said
"Ok, thanks Aunt Jo." Riley said
"Your welcome Riles." Josie said hanging up just as Sebastian came through the doorway
"Everything ok?" Sebastian asked
"Yeah, just Riley and her friendship problems." Josie shrugged
