Here is an awake method for you Angii0986 (ill make another one for u soon)
I hope this helps :)

Step one:
Write down ur focus 3 times (which would be: shifting, shifting, shifting). I consider writing it on paper

Step two:
Write you intention in a short sentence six times (example: i will shift)

Step three:
Now write down your action as if youve already done it-so in the past tense. (Ex: i have already shifted)

Step four:
Now this method doesn't exactly specify what to do next, but whatever i countinue to list is what i do after that helps me shift.
Repeat all these steps but inside ur head instead. When u feel ready (you can count if you want before opening your eyes) open ur eyes and u should be there

This method is okay, not my favorite because im a person who prefers visualization more than anything else
Ill post some more awake methods (but feel free to check out some ive done in the past also)
