The unexpected

Vincent POV

Once I got my head wrapped around what I just heard, I walked back into the meeting room where everyone was waiting.

"Come on boys we are leaving" I told my sons.
They didn't ask question they just left but everyone else what confused but was to scared to question.

When we got home I went to my room to pack to go get my daughter, I've missed her so much we all have. My wife Danny was in our room reading a book, I went and greeted her and went to the closet in a hurry with her behind me.

"Why are you packing, where are you going?" She questioned

"I got a call saying they have our daughter in foster care and she needs a guardian iI told them yes of course so I'm going to pick her up" I explained

It got quiet and all you could hear is her little sobs.

I quickly turned around and hugged her. She kept whispering "we finally have her back". After a second she came back into Reality and smacked my on my chest.

"oww" I whined, it hurt she's really strong

"Why are you standing her go to her and bring her back hurry" she started to run around packing my things. She knew I wouldn't let her come.

Time skips..

I got off the airplane and I was about 3 in the morning. I'm gonna head to a hotel sleep for a little bit and go pick her up. I didn't bring the boys I wanted them to stay home.

When I woke up it was about 8am. I went to The foster care agency to fill out papers to be her legal guardian. Carly said I can pick her up from her schools. That's where I'm heading now.

I head to the office and walk in to be met with a student behind a the desk. She was wearing barely any clothes. I didn't want to talk to her so I walked past her into the principals office.

The office was a good size not to big but not to small, a desk with a big leather chair with a desk and 2 chairs in front of it but what caught my eye was a small chair in the corner of the room. Weird.

"How may I help you" the principal asked

"I'm here to pick up Ace heart" when I said that his faces drained of color.

" oh umm y-yea I was informed someone was coming to pick her up because of her parents passing" he said

"ok can you call her down I have to be somewhere"

"Not yet we have to 2 officers coming down to give us more information on what happened" once he said the there was a knock on the door and two police officers came in.

"Good morning mr. Howard" the officers said

"Morning" the principal said back

" ok now their here, we can c-call A-Ace down" he kind of stuttered

" Wait she's coming down here like to this office" one of the officers said

" ye-yes" Howard mumbled

" oh hell na I'm out" one of the officers left

" WAIT COME BACK " Howard yelled at the officers
"I'll pass" he yelled back
Me and the officer that stayed looked confused

" what's so bad about her" the officer said

Howard looked at him wide-eyed and pale "a-are you new" the officer nodded " well just some advice DON'T get on her bad side,okay?"

Whats so bad about a 17 year old girl? Well guess I'll fine out sooner or later

"BRITTANY" he yelled
The girl at the desk outside came running well trying to run in with those high heels and her boobs almost falling out " yes" she said trying to be flirting when she saw us. I rolled my eyes when she checked me out then licked her lips. I think I almost throw up.

" go call A-Ace heart down here" he said getting paler as the seconds pasted.

Somehow she got paler under all that make up and said "Oh hell no" then ran out

" Brittany come back please" "I WILL GIVE YOU STRAIGHT A's" he begged

After a few minutes he called her down

He got up from his chair and sat in the small one in the corner looking down. What the fuck

The door busted open with a beautiful girl. She walked to the principal chair and sat there and looked at us with an emotionless look on her face. She looked so much like me.
