Nobody's POV:

Kai woke up, not knowing where he was. This time he was hung up in a middle of a room, dangiling by chains. His elemental powers weren't blocked, but as he went to use them he felt sharp jolts of electicity flow through him as he screamed in agony.

"Welcome, we heard about you from the other department. Welcome to headquarters" A distorted figure said as they stood in the door. "I will leave someone with you, well, something with you..." The figure said as another walked in. The thing that walked in had many arms, and a bunch of eyes. It was some sort of spider-human thing. Kai's eyes opened as he saw a cart being strolled in the room with a blanket covering it.

"Enjoy your stay, and good luck! You'll need it." The figure said as the door slammed shut behind them.

Kai hung there by his wrist which were already getting sore, but his arm's hurt the most. "What are you going to do huh? Burn me? Ha! I'm the master of fire!" Kai said outloud to try to act brave. The figure looked back with a burning blade from under the cart, then Kai's eyes opened even bigger. The figure didn't speak then, and never would anyways.

"H-Hey...We're all friends here...right?" Kai said trying to divert attention as the hot metal was pressed on his back. Kai screamed loudly, tears streaming down his face as he tried to move. He was restrained by the chains, he couldn't do anything. "Stop it! Stop it!" Kai begged repeatedly, he didn't want to break that quick, but it hurt so bad... and it just got worse from there.

It had been around 4 months...Kai was still hanging. He had an 'X' mark engraved by burning steal into his back, and his eyes red once more. His breath was hot again, but his head was twisted. He had been into multiple lab rooms, under countless operations, he didn't remember anything really from the past month. He also didn't remember anything at all before that time, all he could remember was a sweet, soothing voice of a male. However, he didn't know who.

Kai was now called Alev, a turkish name for fire; (I will still refer to him as Kai, but some certain indivisuals might not). Kai was then surprised, when the chains dropped him and the figure that he rarely saw walked in.

"Hello Alev, today your life changes" the man, now in the light, said while smiling.

"What do you mean?" Kai said, his eyes red and a little blood-shot.

"You will be released, of course, you must come back during nights, and have a check-in everyday at the lab, morning and night. Only rule is, don't get seen." The man said.

Kai didn't suspect anything, but that wasn't all that was off. Kai was very different from before. Even more different once he got an outfit he would always wear. He had about 20 pairs of the same, identical clothing. It was a black long sleeved gi with some deep red lining, with a giant hole in the back meant to reveal the giant 'X' mark covering his entire upper-back. He wore long black pants, and black shoes. His hands had bandages wrapped around them, and he had a hood with a mask to pull up. The mask was not connected to the hood however, which for some reason made Kai a bit uncomftorably nastolgic.

Kai's hair wasn't spiked up, but a bit longer and fluffy since it was washed by some new nurses he had never seen. Some was in his face, and it was like a crazy, yet neat mess of fluffy brown hair.

Kai then did a check-in, it was somehow peaceful. He was lead to a room, white walled padding and tile floor. He sat on a white bed like chair, got a shot and a few other things, then was released.

When he stepped out, he was in the first floor of a hotel, a really nice hotel. He walked out not to be noticed, even wearing all black. Of course it was early morning, so not many people were walking around the first floor of a hotel anyways.
