Light against the dark

I'm light against the dark
up, up, up in the sky
I'm bright up with the stars
That glisten in the night

I'm light against the dark
celebrating free
When you light a little flame
you'll bring the best of me

I'm light against the dark
The only spark that's there
Soon i'll fade into the black,
leaving only stars to spare.
