Warmer than the shower walls

When you're warmer than the shower walls,
Cold pressed to cheek
All you feel is wet stone cold
When its warmth you seek

When you're hotter than the shower tiles,
Feeling blank and numb,
Wash your face and pinch your eyes
Let the water run.

When you're warmer than the shower walls,
with your tears found cold,
Feel your heart fall flatter than flat
Desolate as you know.

When i'm comfortable pressed against the tiles,
I don't like to move,
For I have figured out myself,
that there's nothing left to soothe.
