"Oyy! Hoon, ano ka ba?! Ba't ka dumiretso sa kuwarto?" Sermon ni mama sa akin nang pumasok siya sa kuwarto ko.
"Nay, eh kase..."
"Wala ng kase kase. Halika na. Alam kong namiss mo si Jake." Hinila ako ni nanay palabas ng kuwarto.
Nang makarating na kami sa sala, I saw Jake smirked. Kinabahan ako. Napabuntong hininga ako.
"Hoon, you've grown so fine." Sabi ni Sir Kier, daddy ni Jake.
"Di pa rin po kayo nagbago, sir." I smiled at him.
"Hey Jake. Why wouldn't you greet your playmate?" Tanong ni Sir Kier sa anak niya.
"Why would I greet him? He's a scumbag earlier. Tss." Sagot ni Jake.
"What do you mean son?" Napakunot ang noo ni Sir Kier.
"He just challenged me into a fist fight earlier." Jake smirked.
"Hoon, anak totoo ba?" Sabi ni nanay Ella na nagulat sa nalaman.
"Uhm kasi po muntik na niya masagasaan yung bestfriend ko." Napayuko ako.
"Jake what?! You're bringing the trouble here too? I thought we have agreed to leave all the troubles you've entered in Australia?! Such a troublemaker." Sermon ni Sir Kier.
"Dad, it wasn't my fault. They're jaywalking. They should know where to cross so that they can prevent accidents. Aish." Umalis si Jake. Napabuntong hininga si Sir Kier.
Agad kong sinundan si Jake.
Nakita ko siyang napaupo sa gilid ng pool.
"I'm sorry." Sabi ko nang makalapit ako sa kanya.
"Go away!" He said in a cold manner.
"Gusto ko lang humingi ng tawad."
Tumayo siya at itinulak niya ako sa pool.
"Can't you understand the term "Go Away"? O gusto mo i-translate ko pa sayo?"
"I just want to apologize."
"Then apology not accepted. And don't you come near me again, do you understand?"
I nodded. Then he walked out.
Haist. My playmate changed. Oh well, it's been 15 years already so it's inevitable. People do really change huh?
