An image pops up in your mind, an image of Xavier playing with you and controlling you.
"Xavier, please. I won't do it again okay?"
He stares at your puppy eyes, as you breathlessly sigh.
He hesitates, "You know what, I let this one slide."
Your eyebrows narrow, his unexpected mercy you received confused you.
"Mhm, I have another meeting to be at anyways, I'll see you in a few hours, and by the time I come back, you should have clothes on."
He goes to pull the key of the cuffs out and unlocks them, setting your wrists free.
You scoff softly, "Alright, alright."

An hour later, Xavier is still at his meeting. With clothes on, you walk downstairs to see Zane laying on the couch, watching tv.
"Hey bunny," He smiles, "need something?"
You glance at him, "What, am I not allowed downstairs without needing something?"
"Never mind then." He looks back at the tv.
"What are you even watching anyways."
"Tips on how to get away with murder."
Silence fills the room until you break it with an awkward laugh.
"Oh, you psychopath." You laugh awkwardly.
You head to the kitchen getting yourself a drink, some sprite.
"Hey pass me a bag of chips will you?"
"No." You chuckle taking a sip.
"Why thank you." He says
"Welcome." You shoot back.
"Fuck you." He says
You smirk, "When?" You say.
"Haha, very funny." He says sarcastically.
He gets up and walks past you, getting the chips you wouldn't get him.
You stick your tongue out to him.
"Keep your tongue in your mouth."
"No."
You lay your tongue down out over your bottom lip, disobeying his orders.
He breathes out from his nose, a pissed off face looking right at you.
Your cheeky expression infuriating him.
"Keep your fucking tongue in your mouth." He walks back to the living room, not expecting a response.
Your curiosity takes over, wanting to test his limits.
"No!" You laugh.
You blow a raspberry at his back, bending over the kitchen island and resting your elbows there.
"You are really starting to annoy me now." He says, collapsing back on the couch.
"Oh am I?" You raise a brow, "That's the point, Zaney Waney!" You laugh
He hates being called that, and you know crystal clear how much he hated it.
"Shut the fuck-"
"Nope." You interrupt as you take another sip.
"Kendall, why the fuck are you testing me right now."
"Because I wanna see what you are at your limits!"
"No you don't."
You scoff, urgently determined now to see him at his limit.
"Uhm yes I do-"
He grabs a gun, pointing it at you now, your shocked face glaring at him in disbelief.
"Zane what are you doing."
"I warned you." He mutters, pulling the trigger as a bullet cuts through the air, landing through a wall right next to you.
You gasp in fear.
Silence clogs the air, you breath heavily.
"You wanted to see me at my limit." he walks towards you, jumping over the island separating you two.
"Happy now?"
You stumble back in fear as you slowly gulp when a lump of regret in your throat stops you.
"Sorry." You mumble in guilt.
"Yeah, no shit you are."
He flicks your head with his fingers, giving a slightly sharp pain.
"Never do that again, okay?" He says furiously.
You don't reply, still in shock. You avoid eye contact, looking down in shame.
He suddenly grabs a fist of your hair pushing it towards his face, giving you nowhere else to look but him.
You grunt, now struggling to evade him.
"Do you understand?"
You nod.
"Use your words, Kendall."
"I understand." you breathlessly say.
His anger fading away slowly as he lets go.
You look into his enraged eyes, leaning back into the counter.
He looks back into yours as you break the silence.
"I'm going upstairs." You say, escaping from beneath him.
He holds onto your wrist, "Kendall, wait I'm sorry."
"It's fine, I'm fine I'm just going upstairs." You mutter with your back turned to him as you escape his grasp and head upstairs.
