You were sitting against a cold rock wall, looking at the crackling of the fire Itto started just a few minutes ago.
It's been four days since you've known about Yoimiya's death and three days since you haven't seen a single soul spirit.
During those days you've mostly been trying to stock up on things you might need. Itto had found an abandoned house and you moved in for the meantime.
You would've thought there'd be a lot of spirit orbs but, since the population of Inazuma is a lot bigger the orbs could be scattered around in every island near here.
Right now you were in the city and luckily, Itto had a map of the whole Inazuma areas including all the islands.
His long black nails pressed down on the location you guys were at right now.
"So, we're on this part of the city... if we go over here at these two places," pointing at Chinju Forest and Byakko Plain, "we're more than likely to run into the spirits, but like I've said we—"
"Have to be careful with the bad spirits, I know I know, Itto. It's not like I'm going to die easily, you colossal. I've trained as a soldier for a good solid five years."
Right now you were decided to go catch fish with a long a long stick, trying to get a meal before heading to your first place.
Itto has been very helpful in filling me in on what happened while I was in Snezhnaya. The thing that's been bugging you lately was where could your brother be.
After you left you didn't see him at all. You doubt Childe would know about his whereabouts, he dislikes involving himself too much with Scaramouche. It'd be safer not to involve him.
Snapping back to reality, you felt water splash on your clothes and saw that Itto had grabbed your weapon to catch the fish and stabbed three at the same time.
Your mouth was gaped open wide and staring at the man in shock. Itto was grinning proudly to himself and came up to you, showing you the fish he caught.
"Impressed? Uh— y/n? If you don't close your mouth some beetles are going to fly right in." He raised a brow at your expression till you closed your mouth slowly.
"...right." You looked around awkwardly and followed him to where your stuff was at. He set the stick of fish over the fire and spun it to get them cooking.
After feasting over the fish you cleaned yourself up and went through your traveling bag. You furrowed your brows and found a letter. It was stamped with a weird symbol on it.
Suspicious of it, you opened it and found a letter from Childe. What was written on it wasn't too weird but kind of concerning.

Once you read this you'd might be in Inazuma. Remember how Scaramouche didn't say goodbye even though it would be funny if he did? Well, I saw him leave on boat somewhere the night before with some people. If I encounter him, I'll write to you. Keep an eye out for a eagle. Miss you.

Just when thing's were already weird with Scaramouche, that explains why he didn't see you off the day you left for Inazuma.
If he left with some people, they could also be ones who got involved with the plans on Inazuma..
Old thoughts and questions were overwhelming you and you had to lay down. You hadn't meant to take an hour nap but Itto woke you up, saying that it's time to look for spirits.
