Nandini was waiting for Manik just like everyone else in the class was. It was business studies lecture and 15 minutes were already gone however Manik was nowhere to be seen

Alya asked irritated and Dhruv held her shoulder

Alya snapped and instead of getting hurt or angry he rolled his eyes

He picked his bag and moved to another side where Ron and Jason were seated

Here Alya almost teared up but controlled herself, Nandini squeezed her hand and gave a comforting nod while Alya gave a fake assuring smile shrugging the matter off

Professor Manik won't take class today he's on leave
A peon came and informed and th class kept on chatting however Nandini was sad

She was getting used to Manik and his presence calmed her like no one did

She took out her book and started making notes

The day passed in jiffy and Alya and Dhruv had a major fight. Solving all this the entire group was really tired. Aryaman had came to pick her up and they spent some time together.

The next two days too Manik didn't come to the college. Nandini was really upset. She did not have his number hence was not able to contact him at all

She whispered to herself sadly it was the fourth day now. Nandini decided today she would go to thier hideout, hopefully she will be able to meet him there

These days when she was not able to see Manik was she missed him like hell, she deep down realised that her heart had something for Manik. Something so beautiful, some feeling that she left unnamed but loved it.

And now that she had not met him in the past days it saddened her. She was missing him, she missed being with him, spending time with him.
