"Tsunade-sama, is it true that you'll be head of the hospital and mayor at the same time?"
"Will you follow Lord First's footsteps?"
Tsunade Senju; The grandaughter of the first mayor and soon to become one, is now currently escaping from paparazzi. She just wants to see her niece, Sakura Haruno. (A/N: btw, Tsunade doesn't know about the marrige of Sasuke and Sakura. Don't ask me why)
When she arrived to the Haruno mansion, she knocked; to her suprise, it wan't Kizashi, Mebuki or Sakura, but a maid. It was usually one of the three family members who answered the door. "Where's my sister and her husband?" Tsunade raised a brow "Haven't you heard? Ma'am and sir have been sent to the hospital due to a car accident, Lady Tsunade" the maid bowed and gestured her to come in. The soon-to-be mayor panicked "How about Sakura?" she asked "Luckily, Sakura-san was not involved in thee accident" the maid said, leaving Tsunade relieved. But one question entered her mind,
"Where is she?"
"She should be at school, Lady Tsunade"
With that, Tsunade drove to Konoha High and waited for said 'Haruno'.

Sakura was writing notes while the teacher was, well teaching! "Psst, have your heard? Lady Tsunade is arrived in Konoha just this morning!" a student infront of her whispered, which made Sakura's eyes widen.
'Auntie? She's here in Konoha?!' she thought
A smile formed on her face, but continued writing, awaiting to be dismissed.
RING!
The bell rang. "Your dismissed" the teacher said, as students started to exit the classroom. "Forehead!" Ino called, then gasped at her newly cut hair "Your hair, i-it so-" "Short?" Sakura smirked "No, no. I knew about that- anyways..." her blonde bestfriend started "Have you heard? Lady Tsunade is here in Konoha!" she exclaimed "Yup, I know" Sakura closed her eyes and smiled 'Auntie really is here huh?' 'Heck ya!'

'Inner?!'
'Yesss?'
'When the heck did you come back!?'
'Eh, a few days ago?'
'A few days ago!? You could've atleast warned me, shannaro!'
'Whatever'

"-kura! Sakura!"
Sakura snapped back to reality and saw that Ino was waving her hand infront of her face "Yes? Gomen" she apologized, Ino just nodded back.
"Sakura!"
Sakura stopped dead in her tracks, so did Ino. Sakura heard that voice multiple times when she was younger. Aunt Tsunade. Ino bowed, but Sakura ran to hug her aunt "Auntie!" she smiled "S-Sakura! Did you just call Lady Tsunade 'auntie'?!" Ino gasped; Sakura shook her head and laughed "Oh! Yes! My mother is sisters with her-" she pointed to Tsunade "so that makes me her niece!" she smiled even bigger,
"Your related to Lady Tsunade!?"
"shhh!" Sakura shushed "What?" Ino furrowed her eyebrows "Nobody can know that we're related!" the pinkette said "Why?" Ino asked
"Well, because people might treat me differently!"
"Ugh fine!"
Sakura tugged Tsunade's arm "Hm?" she asked "Can we go home now?" Sakura said, Tsunade nodded and they both left.

"Sakura, why are we going a different way, Haruno mansion is that way!" Tsunade said "Hehe, I kinda moved houses?" Sakura giggled as she led her aunt the way to her new home. The Senju was a bit irritated that Sakura wouldn't answer clearly.
They both stopped infront of a Japanese styled house "Tadaima!" Sakura shouted; Now, Tsunade thought that it was weird that she shouted that, for she thought that Sakura lived alone. That was until someone shouted back,
"Okaeri!"
Sakura removed her shoes and entered them home. Tsunade was still shocked that someone replied; "Auntie, come in--and don't forget to remove your shoes!" Sakura said "Saku-chan and-!" Mikoto bowed at the sight of the sooon-to-be mayor. "Sakura, how do you know this lady?" Tsunade asked "W-well, you see auntie I-" Sakura was cut off by Mikoto, "A-AUNTIE!?" she put her hands on Sakura's shoulders "K-kaasan I-" "Kaasan!?" Tsunade boomed. Both women questioned the poor girl, which made her faint "Sakura!" both Mikoto and Tsunade synced. But someone caught her "Sasu-chan!" Mikoto exclaimed "Sakura!" Tsunade checked her niece and sighed in relief, she shook her head "That girl has some explaining to do" she sighed, Mikoto nodded.
"I'll bring her to our room." Sasuke said, picking up his wife,
You see, Tsunade tensed up at the word 'our' "What do you mean 'our'?" she asked, glaring at the Uchiha "I'll explain once their gone..." Mikoto smiled as the Senju nodded.

Sakura woke up and looked at her surroundings 'Huh, I could've swore that I was in the living room-' her thoughts were intterupted by a voice "You fainted..." Sakura almost screamed, but realized that it was just Sasuke "Ah, sorry if I troubled you..." she faced him with a sorry look on her face "Hn. It was no problem" Sasuke shrugged "Oh," Sakura laid back down. She heard babbling coming from the crib, Sakura went to pick up Sarada. "Oh hello baby!" she cooed "Mama!" Sarada smiled at the sound of Sakura's voice.
*knock, knock*
"Come in!"
The door opened to do reveal Tsunade "Sakura-" she was cut off by Sarada "Papaaa!" the baby wailed, suddenly looked for her father. Sasuke heard this and went to her and Sakura. Tsunade's eyes widened "Is that a...baby?" she walked to the couple "Mhm, meet your grandson..." Sakura smiled. A anime vein popped on Tsunade's forehead "HOW DARE YOU KNOCK UP MY NIECE!" she grabbed Sasuke by the collar and yelled at him "Auntie!" Sakura stepped in between them and glared at her aunt, all while holding Sarada "Auntie, I know you have a reason to do this, but can you please stop!" she started,
"The first time was with Gaara! Who just so happens to be my paternal cousin!"
"Then there was Sasori, who was also my cousin!"
Tsunade sighed and put her hands up in defeat "Alright, alright. I'm sorry!" she said, ignoring the victorious smirk on Sakura's face "Great! Now you two, shake hands!" she said. Both Tsunade and Sasuke sighed at Sakura's order, but gave in and shook hands anyway. Sasuke leaned on Sakura head, so sudden that she almost dropped the baby "Sasuke-kun? Daijoubu desu ka?(Are you alright?)" she asked "Papa?" Sarada looked at her father "I'm tired" the male Uchiha groaned, Tsunade smirked at this "Alright, I'll leave you three be." she said, opening the Shoji door.

The Uchiha family was peacefully sleeping. Sarada in her crib, Sasuke and Sakura on the futon.
"Dinner!"
But the Uchihas didn't hear, so Mikoto went up to tell them "Sasu-chan, Saku-chan it- Oh!" she gasped. She completely adored this beautiful scene, she even took a picture! After that, she left them be. When Fugaku, Itachi and Izumi asked were they were, Mikoto said,
"Oh, they're fine! Let's just eat without them."
